Great location and very quiet rooms as they are off the street overlooking the pool. Excellent pool and view to the mountains is uninterrupted. Breakfast was fair.

The room was exactly as described and pictured. The location of this homestay cannot be beat. We had breakfast in the mornings before heading out to explore. They are walking distance from the Trang An Boat Center (15 mins.) It is also a quick Grab ride to Mua Cave (10 mins.)

Amazing hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ours had a refrigerator, AC and plenty of hot water for showers. The staff are very friendly and were very helpful when booking transportation. The hotel is very nice and located a couple mins walk from the Trang An boat ride. There is a nice pool wih a great view, but we didn't use it during our stay. The restaurant at the front of the property has a great view of the lake and the lime stone cliffs.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful and nice. The accomodation is located outside of the town which was a huge pro for us. This location is a great base if someone wants to explore the area. We were super satisfied with the restaurant that belongs to the accomodation.

The property is in a great location for enjoying the spectacular Trang An landscape - with beautiful views from the restaurant and pool areas. The bungalows are neat and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cabin is spacious and the resort was quiet and peaceful. The staff team both in-person and virtually was altogether very attentive and supportive despite our language barriers. This location is beautiful and you are in the middle of nature! We saw toads, crabs, all sorts of wonderful insects, and majestic birds with the Trang An karst landscape as a backdrop. We were able to easily rent bikes for the day and come back to delicious fruit smoothies to fight the hot and humid weather (tough for us from Chicago.) Thank you Lotus Lake for making our time in Trang A memorable and comfortable! We went during low tourist season so I am not sure that we experienced the same food hall abundance as was shown in photos etc.

Location

The private room was very spacious and cozy. You can rent bikes and go around everywhere through the rice fields, a very lovely experience

Pros. Nice spacious bungalows with a lovely pool area overlooking the countryside and mountains. Staff were friendly but didn't seem overly interested in their guests. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Nice setting for drinks overlooking the lake. Bikes were available for hire and ok quality. Location was good. Cons. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. This guesthouse also hosts parties in the pool area so one night the music and karaoke were very loud but only to about 9pm.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff work very hard to make sure the guests have a memorable experience. I would return anytime.

Really liked the location, it's not in the ninh Binh or tam Coc city centers, but tucked away in the limestone mountains up near the Trang An boat station, made for a nice quiet stay. The view is lovely, even when it's foggy out and the grounds are very beautiful. Rooms are huge, so that was nice after being space limited in Hanoi. The rooms/bathrooms weren't incredibly clean, they were fine for a couple nights but overall could have used a little more attention, it also might just be the nature of how humid it is there. Beds are not comfortable, back was feeling it afterwards.

We stayed three nights at Trang An Lotus Lake Homestay. The location is excellent—quiet, clean, and close to the Trang an landscape complex for boat riding which is like heaven . The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect, including coffee, tea, fresh juice, fruit, and more. They also provided a bottle of mineral water every day. During our stay, we explored Tam Coc and Trang An, and we found this homestay to be one of the best in terms of location. There were no mosquitoes and no bad sewage smell, whereas other places we visited were full of mosquitoes and had an unpleasant odor.
