The room we stayed was old, not well kept, dust and spider webs on the inside windows. Onsen had dead snake in it,

The hotel smells of old and many years of smoking and cooking. It is far from the pists and there is only one restaurant close by. The room where I was, with tatami, needs renovation and a shower.

Breakfast was surprisingly the best I have had from a hotel. Staff picked us up from the train station outside of their usual hours and when we did not have a reservation. Great experience and great staff.

We choose the breakfast and dinner buffets. I must based on quality and price, plus took the stress out of finding a place to eat. The HVAC did not blow cold … we opened the window in the winter to cool off the room. TV didn’t have language options. For a tourist destination the TV should be able to have multiple languages options.

The breakfast offering is great! The onsen is a bonus! Appreciate the transfer bus to and from ski resorts. Nothing.

This place has the best breakfast and the Onsen experience is awesome! We staying in a traditional Japanese room and it was very fun

Nice onsen The location is not good if you don't have a car. I booked this hotel because they had shuttles to the resorts but found the shuttles not to have convenient times for me. There were only a few times it would take you to hirafu otherwise you had to transfer to the Niseko United bus but then it was taking me an hour to get to hirafu area. Most food places were in Hirafu but you had to plan to be done before 7pm if you wanted to utilize the shuttle. The latest shuttle was at 7pm and if you missed it you could get a city bus but the would have to get a taxi and the taxis were hard to come by. There is only one restaurant in walking distance and no convenience stores. You really have to plan to be out all day or bring food. They had tea in the lobby but there were signs saying you can't take a cup of it back to your room which I found really odd and off putting. The staff sometimes were helpful and other times not so much. I did not find I got my money worth for what I paid.

Love the service, the food, the onsen! The location was a bit far from grand hirafu and the shuttle stops at 7 pm, you can’t go for dinner in grand hirafu

The facilities were a bit outdated but provided everything we needed. Location was great with the hotel ski shuttle; however, it was very hard to get around without a car outside of the complementary shuttle. Definitely not a walkable area

We enjoyed the location and having the onsen available practically 24/7. The hotel store convenience store, ski lockers, and friendly staff were also nice. Some things could’ve been cleaner but overall not a problem.
