The property is very good , nice deco and design , room are big , bed comfortable , large freezer , full of kitchen wear , room facing nice view , our family have a wonderful stay at the hotel . Staff are friendly and very kind , they allow us check in earlier with foc . Hotel Onsen was nice too , they open 24 hours and just stop operate in between to clean the onsen . Breakfast is adequate too . We wish to come again! Maybe the breakfast can upgrade a little bit more for more varieties especially for the vegetarian option .

Nice big rooms good for the family

We loved our stay at One Niseko. It was my husband, two sons age 10 and 12 and myself. Our room was plenty big and stocked with you need to cook and clean. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We didn't eat at the main restaurant as we spent most dinners eating on the Mt. The downstairs cafe was great and daily ice creams were a must. We had breakfast on our last day, and it was wonderful as well. The Osen was all of our favorites. The tradeoff was a very quiet resort as opposed to the busier areas. The resort itself is a bit older, and it shows, but once again that wasn't huge deal to us. When you arrive you can small the Osen. If that is something new to you it may be a thing, but we welcomed it after a long day on the Mt. Overall, we loved our stay and the helpful staff. We will stay again next year! The only negative was the distance to restaurants and groceries. We knew this when we booked but didn't think it would be a big deal until we ran out of milk and could only get to a store with a taxi ride and an hour to kill. They do offer a daily run to 7-11 to get groceries but we were always on the Mt during this time.

It was reasonably priced The food was not very good The place had a terrible smell The front desk was not very helpful Nobody seemed to interested in making the staff easy unlike the 5 other places I stayed in Japan

I have stayed at this place more than 10 years ago. The facilities are still the same, but I do miss the old small convenience store as it had more goods to buy, the staff were super friendly and very helpful. I found that the quality of the food has gone down compared to when I came. The food was a bit too oily to my liking. Nonetheless, the margarita pizza was good.

Getting to Annapuri and back is easy enough but is further away from the main towns than I realized. Would be a great destination while you are skiing Moiwa resort. Onsen facilities and the ski locker room were amazing. Bedrooms were clean and functional, with great views of the mountains and trees. Staff was over the top amazing and accommodating, the breakfast was phenomenal! Access to town is hard because it is further away, so taxi is necessary to get to and from Grand Hirafu for dinners etc. but the property did have a restaurant as well as the neighboring property which were both worth checking out.

Lovely hotel, however not a good location for any nightlife. Free shuttle buses to rental and 3 of 4 main ski areas was fantastic. Location would be great if you had your own car.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything about it was exceptional. Staff, room, spa, Onsen, outstanding breakfast.

The friendliness of the staff. They should place a pool table & and a TV's showing snowboard or skiing competitions from YouTube .in the front bar .instead of people leaving the place, they will stay buy more food & more drinks .if the wind is too strong, they close the chair lifts & the gondola. So customers come back to the hotel & do nothing .this would be a great revenue raiser.

We were absolutely overwhelmed by the cleanliness and organisation skills of the staff! We were very happy with the rooms and the facilities - the onsen was the highlight!
