Best Western Hotel Ferrari

Room was beautiful, very clean , breakfast and personnel fantastic Wireless was not working …and this for an hotel like this is a minus…I would not comeback.

I asked repeatedly the air conditioner was not working (two days in a row) on the third day I asked again the receptionist answered me the only thing you needed to do was ask! I replied I DiD I was not aware I needed to ask repeatedly… I did not want to sleep with the balcony door open due to the fact that others that we’re staying there were very loud and on the balcony next to mine smoking I was not comfortable….waste of my money

Silenced place and beautiful and chic hotel Nothing

Eggs were cold. Server sneezed in his hands and continued working. Terrible coffee. Very noisy from renovations. Had issues with flies and misquotes in our room.

We enjoy the pool , and the room it’s very comfortable. Maybe the surrounding it’s not very nice

The rooms are clean and comfortable. I like that it had a swimming pool. Staff from the reception are not welcoming. I also work in a hotel and I was surprised that the guy who received us when we checked in did not seem to welcome us wholeheartedly, that day of July 17, 2024, 14:00. I am so disappointed, we’re so tired from our long journey and he seemed he didn’t want to work or accept any guest. I know that maybe he was tired but please we paid for the service, can you please do your job well?

One night stay on our drive down to Calabria. A bit tired design, but very functional and very clean. Convenient location. Bathrooms could be modernised.

I liked the free parking in font of the hotel. They have a garage but our car couldn't get down there so they let us park in another garage instead across the street. We cought the nightguard in the parking on camera our first night. He was urinating on the car parked next to our car. That is totally unacceptable and should never happen. We noticed it a couple of days later and showed the video for the receptionist who got the manager there to see the video as well. He didn't say so much to us more than that he was sorry and went away. The receptionist called us and told us that the guard was sent away and was never allowed to work for them again. We got the garageparking for free. They have ongoing renovation on the front of the hotel so we couldn't use the balcony and had the curtains cover the windows alla day. They started to work every morning at 8 am. No one told us about that before we book and we haven't git any answers from Booking.com about it. Never ever this hotel again! I will contact Best Western about out stay there. There are so many other hotels in and around Naples. Choose one of them instead!

Good location if you have a car and wish to visit Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi coast… They also offer parking, 8€ a day (trip on May 2024). We had some issues during the stay but not worth mentioning. The staff from reception were not very helpful (with exception of one really nice guy, but don’t remember his name, work during the day). Staff from the restaurant and the guy from the bar were really nice!!

Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Comfortable bed, Air-conditioning wasn't working for the hotel, perhaps they don't use it until later on the year but the room was uncomfortable hot. Had to leave window open, some noise but we weren't directly next to a road.

Staff pleasant, furnishing classy, breakfast ok. Rooms too cold, no way to turn up heating. Far from city. Breakfast same every day.
