Pool and gym were nice. Close to the mall which was good. Food wasn’t great and we saw cockroaches on food nearly every morning. Beds were very hard and even with a topper, very uncomfortable

I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in this area.

Overall the stay was quite comfortable and the staff were friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When we checked in, there was a dead cockroach next to the bedside table. We left it there, and even after requesting room cleaning during our stay, it was still there until we checked out. I hope the hotel can improve its attention to room cleanliness in the future.

Location is convenient, close to the train station. Housekeeping was great, room was very tidy and extremely clean, shout out to the housekeeper Julaluck ? thank you. The hotel had some issues with the room key card system during my stay, they had to have someone with the master key unlock my room door whenever I'm entering.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were professional and helpful, the check-in was smooth, and the location was very convenient near Chaengwattana. The facilities were well maintained and the room was spacious. Nothing major — everything met expectation

Its cleanliness, the breakfast buffet is great but the people were exceptional. They were accommodating and very very helpful None. Very close to the stadium im going to for a concert.

We chose the hotel because it was close to the Impact Arena and DMK Airport. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a business-like hotel like many others, conveniently located not far from DMK airport. Some decent street food choices around and few nice bars/restaurant. There’s a large shopping mall just across the road but we didn’t go. Staff is very professional. The kept our large luggage on storage for 4 days while we took an excursion, which we greatly appreciated. Very good breakfast with variety of food. Also just meters away from a MRT station. Shower is impossible to regulate. Cold or boiling hot. Also very slippery floor, be careful (the hotel provides anti-slip rubber mat)
