Everything!! Great location, clean and good food parking I asked for an extra pillow and was told by a member of staff on her own that it would be 200 baht, I said I will come back later because it seemed strange? When I did I was told it was free! Was the other member of staff trying to take the money for herself?

Nice, clean room and pleasant, helpful staff, providing free hot drinks from 6am. The hotel is conveniently located for a large shopping mall and there's a handy 7-Eleven almost next door. The wi-fi in my room was really poor and despite the hotel's proximity to the airport, it still took 40 mins to get there by Grab, because of the awful traffic. I appreciate this is not the hotel's fault!

It’s good value. The room is sparkly clean and spacious. They dont provide basic essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste and flipflop. But for the price i wouldn’t ask for more.

I like the location, its only 4-5 mins walk from the transportation, and 6-7 mins walk from the mall. And 100m walk from 7-11. I dont like how they have only a little facilities, no hair dryer, and no shower cap. Only shampoo and shower gel.

The Air-Condition is turning off every 5-10 mins. I informed the front desk said they will send the mechanic to check. After that for 2 days I could slept for 30 mins then have to wake and turn on the air-con; nothing fixed.
