I liked the design and beautiful artwork all around. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The overall experience was a very good one. I didn't like that my room was on the second floor due to knee issues, but I made it through and still had a great time.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The whirlpool was not heated. I had to walk about 2 1/2 blocks to get to beach and that includes walking in front of traffic at intersections without traffic lights.

The only thing that wasn't excellent was the cardio equipment in the gym. If the owners were to replace the poor quality treadmill and elliptical with decent middle tier gym quality options this establishment would be a 10 out of 10. The staff and everything else was superb. Also adding a caffeine coffee option for the rooms coffee machine and the one located near the pool/lounge area would be a plus.

Walking distance to many restaurants we tried 2 Need bigger beach towels and beach chairs for taller people to get out of.

Good location. Our rim was near the lobby. Very noisy echo chamber with design of hotel . Essentially no windows. Felt like in an indoor cabin on cruise ship.

Great staff specially Roxanna the manager, Juan and demare. They go above and beyond The room windows are on the corridors. No outside view. But no claustrophobic feeling due to the larde room.
