Excellent location, laid back vibes, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful murals. Inability to control room temperature, room wouldn’t cool down much.

It would be nice if they had free coffee during the day. I think they could keep the pool area more cleaner, and the pool cleaner.

I loved everything about my stay.

The location, the cleanliness of the hotel and most of all the staff. The fact that the in-room safe was not bolted down to a fix base. The safe was just place in a bottom draw of a dresser. It should have been bolted down to a fixed structure.

Jonathan, the manager was not so kind. He told me to look away from his screen when I was just trying to tell him the name of my company for the invoice. "If I go to your office you would not like to see me watching your screen". Breakfast is not good. service at the beach can be better.

Staff was amazing, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very enjoyable and should be highly recommended. I know facility was recently renovated, but still seemed a bit "aged"

Staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. I love the golf cart ride to the beach. Loved the swim up bar with the pool. I wish breakfast was included in the costs.

It's central among many restaurants. Close to the beach Not enough space for breakfast. But you can also have with Salt and Pepper restaurant. They work together ??

Close to Palm beach and High rise activities at walking distance. The staff were absolutely amazing . Specially mention Cynthia At Front desk . Nothing all was perfect

Not their fault… the staff was amazing , but the hotel is located in a nightclub section which was incredibly loud for a large part of the night
