Cozy feeling of a country estate, but only a short walk to the historic center. A hearty breakfast in an immaculate dining room with views of the countryside. Our host was welcoming and knowledgeable. A perfect start to our pilgrimage.

Alberto the host is a great gentleman. He took care of us, by indicating a very good restaurant 10 minutes walking distance and also provided gluten and lactose free items for breakfast. He also suggested us to visit Pian Grande di Castelluccio di Norcia, which was worthwile and definately shauld be visited, especially for motorclists. not applicable

Location is perfect to reach downtown by a 10” walk, and to enjoy a quiete green environment. Private parking for a motorbike is easy and seems safe Breakfast must be improved: the Italian countryside may offer more and better

Excellent place to stay. A very friendly welcome. More than enough to eat for breakfast. Brilliant location, only five minutes walk into Norcia. Would definitely stay here again. Everything about the place, especially the owner, friendly and welcoming.

Everything. The host was wonderful, very welcoming and interesting. He gave us the name of a great restaurant for lunch. It's very close to the old town, and an easy walk. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the cappuccino was very good. If ever in the area. I would definitely return. My twin bed was uncomfortable; the springs were shot, but the other beds were fine. Other than that, we enjoyed it all.
