Extended Stay America Suites - Norco

The room was not clean there was an old chair and the fabric was peeling off of it. The the front drawer came offthe first day i got there mind you i was there 15 days with this broken drawer that no one cane to fix. never got new linen, had to request for my room to be mopped. Never asked if i needed anything. Then a whole day BEFORE checkout someone tried to get into my room saying it was time for me to check out or was i extending my stay. If it wasnt for the inside cross bar. They would have came into my room. Mind you i was napping. Wasnt fully dressed. Im good on this place.

Clean room, friendly staff

The filthiest room I have ever seen. They tried to move us to a different room, but it was just as bad. We did not stay—we left.

The checking clerk. Room, hallway, elevator.

Nothing, coffee was good. Everything! Room and hallway smelled really bad. Spray/wiped everything with Lysol. No appropriate soap. Sheets looked dingy.

Entering the lobby felt like entering double locked doors into a pawn shop. The lobby and hallways had an unpleasant smell that we couldn’t place. The scented cleaning products used in the room to mask the smell were so overwhelming and headache inducing. The shower had mold, and the prison style bed frames squeaked with every movement. The “free breakfast” was nothing but oatmeal packets, mini muffins, and nutri-grain bars. Thankfully we were only staying one night for a soccer tournament.

No breakfast. Hotel smells like dogs. The couch was ripped and had mold. Some slime on the walls.

Nothing Again there was Marlboro soap, one cup. None of the other complimentary like body sub shampoo. Nothing. The bathrooms were disgusting. The shower door almost fell off and the first room on my 7-year-old grandson which would have done him a lot of bodily harm. Then they moved us to a second room which they charged us $99 for because it had two beds and a bathtub and the bathtub was disgusting. I went out and bought a bottle of bleach cleaner and sprayed in there. Then I just decided to leave. I do not understand. My extended stay would even have their name on this property because I've been to several of their other properties and had no issues whatsoever. Was delighted

Clean comfortable bed and friendly staff. This hotel houses very low income /voucher assisted living, the vibe is sketchy, the armchair is clacking and peeling, floors look clean but when wiped, they are extremely dirty!!
