Property was clean, however there was a bad smell that I believe was coming from the air conditioner. When I arrived to check in there was a leak as you entered the lobby through the front entrance. It appears it may have been the A/C system. Perhaps, that may be the reason for the bad smell in the room.

Quite area, facilities look good and clean I like the property, it is just the room that we were in. Since the property allows pets I am guessing the bite marks and scratches are coming from that.

Go to hotel for soccer tournaments in Silverlakes. Will stay again for sure.

Staff was friendly despite that they looked short staffed . Breakfast section was nice and clean.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The doors slams so loudly you know when anyone leaves or enters their rooms But... The AC in the room worked amazing Fridge stayed super cold Shampoo, conditioner & body wash smell really good

Staff very friendly Ran out of shampoo first night. Property very old on the 2nd floor the carpet is ripped up once you get off the elevator. Property is in poor condition for a Hilton property. It’s more like a Motel 6 however staff is helpful
