Don't come to this hotel, they are very terrible. the room is nasty, dirty, terrible. they don't have safety door lock, the ceiling is broking, dirty, yellow mold around ceiling, bathroom is terrible. ceiling dirty, broken ceiling look very dirty looking. broken light at bed room, the bulb light broke. the room so dark. I never been any hotel like this. it look very ghetto hotel. floor is very very dirty.

Smell bad , everything was old , mirror in the bathroom broken, There wasn’t nobody at 6 am in the counter for check out, I had to wait for more the 15 minutes

Refrigerator was broken, wifi very weak, we stay 3 days but the wifi signal only good for 2hours.

The staff was very helpful. For some reason my reservation did not show up in their system but they worked with booking.com to get it sorted when I called The shower didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work. When I took a bath I had to get out and answer the door in a towel to someone saying the bath was leaning into the room below. Would not recommend this hotelZ

We also had several issues with our room. The housekeeper didn’t take out the trash, there was a used water bottle left in the refrigerator, and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. The front desk employee did help with the trash and the bottle, but no one was sent to check the toilet. Hours later, after the staff changed, I was still waiting for maintenance. Eventually, the front desk offered me a toilet plunger and asked me to fix it myself. So, to the Country Inn manager reading this: guests are not paying to repair your broken toilets. Please keep a closer eye on your staff and ensure they understand how to treat guests with proper care and professionalism.

This place is shit. The room had bugs flying around in it. There were hookers in the parking lot taking selfies. I went to breakfast at 8:15 and waited behind two people making waffles, when it was my turn the thing was empty. I asked staff and was pretty much told tuff shit I would sleep in my car rather then stay here complete shit hole

Customer service was extremely bad and unforgettable

I liked the king sized bed and the black out noise resistant curtains. On July 3rd the desk clerk got permission and authorization from a higher up to give me a smaller early arrival fee, which was great, however, the next day when I was checking out I asked for a receipt and a really short, male desk clerk manipulated my records by not allowing me to get my deposit back stating that it had only been "a hold" which wasn't true because $213.00 was taken out on the third, $113.00 for the room and $100.00 for the deposit and a separate transaction for $25.00 for an early arrival fee. $238.00 was taken out of my account, which I authorized and was content with. On the 4th of July the small, male desk clerk, instead of printing my receipt, took a long gaze at his computer, shook his head, then printed out a receipt that didn't reflect a deposit, or the correct fee for the room, with absolutely no early arrival fee. When I asked about it all, NOTHING that he said made sense. Sensing that something fishy was going on I checked my bank account in the parking lot, which is when I saw the July 4th $25.00 charge that he did not inform me that he was going to add to my bill, nor did I authorize it. The day before, I put my signature on both transactions. I reported it all to my Bank's fraud department and they're working on it. Beware!

It was a very clean Hotel they had a great breakfast selection excellent and helpful staff very nice pool highly satisfied

My choice whenever traveling to Atlanta

The gentleman behind the counter was very polite. The pictures don't match what you see once you arrive. The building needs upkeeping, parking lot was filthy and my room was dirty. Stained and ripped furniture, trash on the floor from the previous occupants and overall dirty. The entire building was dilapidated and in need of serious maintenance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a little fixing up. Not that we used the toiletries but they were not filled and shampoo was missing.
