Horizon Inn & Suites

I searched for a clean and quiet hotel in the area for a long time, and I finally found the comfort I was looking for. The front desk staff and all the other employees are friendly and helpful. Thank you!

My room had no ac and I was made to wait 3 hours which ended up sending me to the hospital due to my heart condition.

Nasty, and rude property owner and the rooms were very unclean and all around nasty facility.

The bed had food crumbs underneath the bed had candy inside the dresser had an open sauce packet and the bathroom door had no door knob on it and the pool was green with and lots of trash and the ice machine was not working

The staff was rude, they never told me about the 50$ deposit until I got to the hotel, there was no wifi and it stated that there was wifi, the fridge barely worked, and we had no microwave.

I had a roof over my head The pool was not cleaned like advertised, our room door was jammed and kept trapping us in, no microwave in room but complain about food smell in lobby (seem racist), employees are easy to get rude with you but hard to get them to fix things or change your room and the wifi didn't work and I was there for 6 days and the TV if it works in your room only has 4 channels also toilet paper holders and towel racks were falling off the wall and they claimed the rooms were newly renovated

Price and location There were no ice buckets in the room, which was a clue as to there being no operational ice machines. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it wasn’t plugged in. Who knows if it worked. The room wasn’t clean as there was dirt on the ground and items of clothing left over from previous guests. I could’ve sworn the website said free continental breakfast, but there was nothing available at 6 AM when I went to the lobby. There was no phone in the room. The door to the bathroom opens into the bathroom and because it’s so tiny, you literally have to dance around the toilet to try to close the door while you use the bathroom. There were soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower, but they were not filled with anything. There were no cups in the room, so you couldn’t rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. I understand they’re in a process of remodeling, but the amenities I mentioned that we’re missing are not directly associated with remodeling in this place, really needs to step up the game.
