The staff at this hotel were extremely, extremely kind and helpful. We checked in and the shower was very much like a shower house style in the bathroom. We ultimately decided to not stay and they allowed us, after checking the room, to get a refund. The person working was so kind about It and helped us.

This place doesn't deserve a single star. I only booked it because of its high rating, but now I honestly question how it received such a high score. It makes me wonder if the reviews are fake, because it's hard to believe a hotel in this condition could have such positive ratings. Otherwise, the people giving it high ratings must have very low standards for cleanliness.
