Good value for money, nice breakfast, and a really well run hotel! Nothing

The buffet breakfast in their nice restaurant was very good, a great variety of good quality foods. The bed was very good too, in size as in quality of matress and beddings. The size of the room was, for our purpose (with lots of luggage and our dog bed for our medium sized dog, coming from a 4 days travel) a bit small. We would have liked to have our room on the ground floor (where we have stayed several times before), but that was not possible, because we should have booked a "triple comfort" instead of the booking made. Even though, we wanted to pay extra, it was not possible to have this room.

Excellent hotel. Very good value, great breakfast, very pet friendly, lovely employees (very friendly and helpful). Comfortable atmosphere. The room was very very small (it was a little hard to unpack). It's not in the nicest location, but it was practical. The pool area was OK, but nothing fancy.

Rooms are very comfortable and quite stylish, and larger than we normally get in this type of hotels If you arrive later than 9pm (I believe, not sure about the time but at 10:30pm for sure this is the case), the doors are locked and there is no-one in the reception or on site to open the doors. You need to call a number and ask for a code - which by the way did not work in my case, fortunately another guest was going out and opened them for me. Our room keys had been left in the front desk inside an envelope with my name - anyone could pick these. In the other hand, we parked on the underground garage and you cannot enter the hotel directly from the garage, not even going from the hotel to open the doors from the inside, as the doors are locked with a key. Therefore my family had to come up via the car entrance while I waited inside the main doors to open them for them, otherwise they had no way of coming in. I believe a hotel of this category should always have someone on site to resolve the issues, and make sure that guests arriving a bit later don’t have to rely on luck to enter the facilities.

The water is the sink didn't drain properly and it would take a long time to drain

Beds were outstanding! Soft and comfy. Nice, modern room. The inattentive ladies during breakfast service, which otherwise was lovely.

Lovely preparation for dog . And also for the multi functional microwave. The normal bed is not comfortable too soft and too high . And the sofa bed is too small and had noise when sleeping.

Everithing was perfect, room and restaurant. But neighbors were very noisy. We could not sleep until 2:00 a.m. we like everithing but not neighbors XD

Really great setup for bringing my dog.

The breakfast was good. There is no gym at the hotel and Sauna was under construction, quite pricey hotel taking into account its overall service
