There are busy times, when the pool is crowded so the water doesn’t look as clear, and the breakfast lounge is packed but staff does their best to upkeep when they can.

The room was clean, and comfy. Very spacious. We had the double queen suite. With a kitchen, Which came in handy. We stayed a 5 nights.We are Self sufficient so we didn't need housekeeping, but she checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The only thing was we had to pay $10 a day to park. When we booked the room months before our trip, it didn't say anything about paying to park,but it apparently is a new policy.. So it was an unexpected fee to pay. But other than that the staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel was clean.

Roach was in my bed. Flies in lobby area. Hotel looked clean at first glance but after looking closer you can see that the hotel is not clean. Huge roach found under the blanket on our bed.

I requested a 2 queen bed room but they switched me to a king size room. Even though I paid for the 2 queen beds. They put 6 of us in a room with one bed. On top of that there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher.

It was a very busy morning, lots of children helping themselves and staff had a hard time keeping up with the mess. If only parents would supervise their children better. See above

Not so good on cleaning, when doing the floor cleaning always clean in corners and sides of floors, not just the middle of floors. In my room the top of the refrigerator was disgusting dirty, the carpet in room needs cleaning or changed out
