The staff was soooo helpful and everything worked and was clean and where it was suppose to be!!! Will be coming back and recommending to friends and family!!!!

The room was quite nice. It was on the top floor and quiet. Housekeeping had done a mediocre job of cleaning the bathroom. . .used washcloth and rubbish were on the floor under the vanity. When they came after the first day they left an additional bath towel but didn't replace the bath mat. These are minor issues but shouldn't happen. When I requested additional Keurig pods and creamer, no one showed up with them within two hours. Ultimately i got them from the front desk. The location is very convenient if you are doing things in downtown Augusta or at the various medical facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location right along the Savannah river. The parking garage was a very short walk from the hotel. We only ate breakfast there but the presentation on the plate was excellent. The food was great! I have to give a lot of love to the staff. They were very professional and helpful. If you are going to Augusta drive across the river and stay at the Crown Plaza in North Augusta South Carolina.

Location was excellent. Cleanliness was much better than last time. No mold in shower. It was a nice relaxing trip. City could let you park for free. everything was very nice.

The property was very clean and well kept. Loved the roof top bar. My only issue was the musty smell in our room.
