Best Western Premier NYC Gateway Hotel

Good service

Great comfortable big room. Greatly recommended. There is a bus 2 blocks away that takes you into Manhattan in 20 minutes for $4 pp. that made it simple and cheap

Large clean room sofa bed okay does the job would recommend if looking for 2 separate sleeping spaces and spacious clean new rooms

The hotel had a nice clean room, friendly, staff, good amenities, and plenty of free parking.

Clean, spacious rooms. Free gated garage parking. Cost effective shuttle service into Midtown NYC within walking distance of the hotel.

Also I could hear all kinds of noises from the next door be it snoring, talking, etc. The snoring was super annoying. The walls have no soundproof.

Location was good the staff where smiling , parking was a plus booked this hotel because of free breakfast and pool Bathroom small, shower was below average and the pillows suck. Breakfast was limited to two choices and pay for rest and pool was small and cold

Good, comfortable rooms The shuttle is no longer available on-site; you need to walk to the main avenue and look for alternatives. After checking out, use of the gym and pool was no longer permitted.
