Best Western Premier NYC Gateway Hotel

Rooms were ok king bed was comfy, loved the shower at 9th floor , parking is indoor which is good. Buses/ shuttles are a climb uphill so might be an issue for older clients. Paid breakfast is hot and just cooked, though there's only 2 options which is combo omelette or combo scrambled eggs.

Good room comfortable beds

I loved the stay. The young man at the reception was very attentive and kind. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The mattress was good, and it was very quiet.

This hotel is well maintained. The room is spacious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The front desk staff are very helpful. Parking is very convenient with a gated garage. Only complaint is the carpet in the hallway are very old. But generally it is a very nice hotel to stay with. I haven’t got any idea if they serve breakfast at all the front desk staff didn’t mention it.

The staff was great, room was cleaned daily. When we requested items, such as towels they brought them right away. During our stay there was road work being done and it was a bit noisy since we had our 18 month old it did disturb us a little. But it was only one day, the rest of our days we all had great sleep. Would definitely stay here again

This is a gem of a hotel. Gorgeous, clean, extremely updated property. Very polite and helpful staff. Secure, free parking. Great location near NYC and the American Dream Mall.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. While the hallways and room felt fairly modern, the hallways were also dark - not a lot of light and a bit creepy. The pool was small but well maintained and a nice feature for our kids as long as the guest count is low. I feel like the value was there for us, being so close to NYC. On the same token, while the hotel itself seemed secure, I wouldn't want to try walking anywhere nearby. That part was kinda sketch, as the kids would say.

Everything is excellent at this hotel.

The pool and the gym were nice to have and clean. The parking garage was secure and easy to access. Very disjointed lay out. You have to travel through creepy stairwells to get to rooms. Ice machine door was broken.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Though we asked for more towels and didn’t get any, the stay was good. Could use more shampoo/conditioner in the room from the beginning as our stay was long than 2 days.
