Check in and check out was very quick and easy, once we got to our room and turned on the tv we noticed there was a black streak through the screen. The beds were very uncomfortable and I would highly recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows were very bad

The cleanliness and comfortable bed!! Also the staff was on point with cleaning our room constantly!! The hall way was very humid, the parking lot is on a hill so it was hard to pull our luggage. Also there was only one waffle maker and the line was so long just to make a waffle!! The view of the abandoned outdoor pool was horrible!!

Good breakfast. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Explained how the shuttle to Manhattan worked and it worked well. IHOP near Exxon was good too! Plenty of parking Corridor was a bit dingy/dark

Rooms were great size, we had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, nothing earth shattering. Parking was free and not difficult to find. The shuttle was very convenient to get to Manhattan, it’s about a ten minute walk, if you have elderly people or disabled in your group it would be difficult. Only one waffle maker, I was there 4 days and every day there was a line to make waffles. The electric outlets weren’t working next to the bed, had to use the ones near the fireplace.

hotel rooms pictures are 20 years old and them not looking like that when you get there. AC barely even worked, so hot in the room. All the TV channels were black with no picture, I even reset the direct TV box. Overall, it was a bad experience
