Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Airport Convention Ctr

The staff was great, breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 3:30 for check-in and were advised they were very busy from prior day and no rooms were available and they would call us when our room was ready. It was after 6:00PM and I approached check-in desk to ask if we were being walked or did they have room for us.....Only then did they produce a room key. There was no call back or follow up. Unfortunately there was also large teen group from a dance competition staying in the hotel so there were many noise issues late night into the early morning with teens running and screaming up and down the halls, banging on walls ........Not a great experience for the premium price we paid for Saturday night stay. Staff seemed overall numb to any complaints and just deferred any issue as being out of there control.

Was great all round

The room was clean. Very nice lobby. Received 2 drink tickets and snacks at Happy Hour. Staff was very courteous! Check-in was very easy and fest!

Overall, it was exactly what you expect and always get or usually get at Embassy suites!! room was very clean. Loved the hand wash and lotion, body lotion brand that you guys use very nice.!!! … and the breakfast was top-notch as usual!!!! also the pricing for the room for one night was very reasonable….. We’ll definitely recommend and stay at an Embassy suites again.!!!!!

Great place to stay that's close to the airport and the convention center for graduations and events. Staff was super helpful and kind! Rooms were spacious, clean, and worth the price.

I am a Hilton Honors member and has stayed at the Embassy Suites on several occasions. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was appetizing and filling. I have no regrets or complaints about my stay.

Staff and food were good. Bathrooms could be cleaner, mold in grout. No soap in dispenser, wish they would bring back bar soap. One towel per person with no bathmat.

The hotel was very clean, the staff provided excellent service and greetings with a genuine smile. The breakfast is always superb at Embassy Suites!
