Great location and very clean hotel
-
The price of what I paid was not worth the experience. Elevators did not work, WiFi was out, crowded.
-
We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned or serviced. The rooms are nice, but the ironing board was destroyed and elevator painfully long wait.

Breakfast was fantastic!

Check in was stated as 4pm (OK - I get it), however, when we arrived around 1.30 we were told there were no rooms ready (check out is 11am...). Fine - where can we store our luggage?.....answer - you can't!! We don't do luggage storage as we cant accept liability for stolen / lost luggage. More astoundingly poor customer service. Compare and contrast to Hampton Inn where we stayed the next night. Love Hyatt Place for their rooms, but need to really improve their customer service / front staff based on this experience.

The property was great.

Breakfast is awesome.

Stayed from Sunday to Wednesday and room service did not clean the room not one day. Didn’t even knock on the door to attempt to clean. Had to ask for towels everyday. Called the second day and was told that they were going to get to it but no one came. The day of check out all I received was an apology, still no cleaning service.

One elevator was out of order and the Working one was so slow that you began to wonder if the door was even going to open. When we checked into our room at 3 pm the AC was turned off in our room and the room temperature was 86 degrees took forever to cool the room down which made for unpleasant nights sleep.

The rooms were much more spacious than I expected for the price! Great staff, clean environment. I was very pleased and will be staying again!

The hotel itself is a fine place to "rest your head" as another guest had stated. The hotel is of average cleanliness you'd expect. The front desk was one staff member, who was also responsible for all phone calls and running the hotel bar as well. The poor man looked very stressed and overworked, as did any staff you saw, which was quite rare. There was no personality, no greeting, just people struggling to do multiple jobs. The hotel is in sub par shape, the pool door is broken and freezing cold, one elevator has been broken for months, the other has cracks in the floor. We asked for specific accommodations because we have a special needs child and were trying to be more courteous to other guests, we asked for these a month in advance, and told no issue. During check in they couldn't be found, we got a room right next to the elevator on a low floor. We went back in and asked if we could be moved, were told yes, we pack up, only to come back and be told no because we had a pet. So back to unpacking when you were already tired and exhausted, and sure enough, our child and our dog could not settle being right next to the elevator. The breakfast was nothing special. We asked if we could void our stay and look for accommodations elsewhere, and while Hyatt did not stand behind their product, luckily Expedia did and we were able to refund the rest of our stay, and go next door to a much nicer establishment and friendlier staff.

All is well for a one night stay
-
I enjoyed the buffet breakfast variety. Also, the separate seating area for watching television was nice. The front desk clerk was very helpful with my booking discrepancy that I encountered. The indoor pool was a plus.

Building is in need of some updates

Internet was fast. Very accommodating staff and had very good breakfast.
-
The staff was helpful and friendly, and we loved the large room and later check it time. A microwave in the room and a softer bed would have bumped this to 5 stars for us.
-
Very good free breakfast every day
-
Was convenient to everything we needed. We were in town for baseball tournament. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was enjoyed by our family. Only thing I could complain about was 1 elevator was out of order but we dealt. Would stay again.

Our room was very clean and had a nice sitting area with sofa and fold out sofa bed. Allowed for a very comfortable stay. Continental breakfast was great!
