The front desk checking in and checking out were extremely friendly

Hotel VERY OLD AND DATED! I was lucky enough to have not only a DVD player in my room but it also had a VCR too! Lucky me! When was the last time you saw a VCR in a hotel? Furniture in room was beat up with old carpet and fridge. Was clean enough but for the price (over $200 for the night) I expected much more. Teens used the indoor pool cloudy and couldn’t breathe from chlorine smell. Felt itchy all night bc I was grossed out to sleep there but my other choice was the car. Breakfast was decent. Photos on Expedia were enhanced to make rooms look bright and modern. Look at mine for reference

This place was not well maintained. Hard to believe you have to pay $150 to $170 and it is not deserving of that amount. Modernize and clean up this place!!! It could be nice!

Keys didn't work to get in and out or room. So they have liquid shampoo but liquid soap ? Not enough towels. Pool towels were to small i could of used them for my dishes. No signs couldn't find elevators

The location was easy to get to It was filthy. When I arrived I was in one room which had cigarette burns in the sheets and smelled I was relocated to a different room which there were hairs in the bed,mold on the ceiling in the bathroom along the shower and there was garbage left behind under the counter

Staff was relatively nice When we got there. The 1 key card they gave me didnt even work. There was also a pile of lotion left on the sink counter. A few strands of hair in the shower. The door jam to stop the door from being opened was broken. The floors were also dirty. The ice bucket was dirty. And the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean When we checked in, he asked for our "pay card". I've never heard this term and when I asked what he meant, he said pay card, pay card, what you pay with! I asked why since we paid in full when booking the room. He said it was for incidentals. I assumed he was taking the card number to have on file. He asked me to sign the pad and I asked what I was signing for and he said I was agreeing to their policies. He charged an add'l $200 at check in for any damages....they did not put our card on file, they actually took $200 from our account without telling us. I noticed the charge the next morning and spoke with the manager and she voided it. She said they have so many people that leave damages and steal towels. We told her we didn't appreciate having funds taken from our account for damages before we even got checked in. The back door was duct taped so that it would not lock. I didn't feel real safe as anyone could just walk into the hotel at anytime. Both sinks were clogged and drained extremely slow. They will provide house keeping every 3rd day. If you need clean towels you have to call the front desk...the phone does not work. Also the ice machine was out of service and was shrink wrapped.
