Good location easy to find. Quite location Parking was a bit tough to find availability other than that everything was fine.

The room was definitely worn out. The shower was pretty rough and you could see visible dips in the mattresses where they were heavily worn out. The pillows were great! The pool was down and it looked like it had been down for a while. Would have been nice to know because we specifically booked for a pool.

Good location for why we were there. Near shopping. Pool was not working. It looked disgusting. Elevator broke twice while we were there. Once while someone was in it.

While the service and personnel were excellent, the outside grounds were well kept. Litter was all over. The trash bins were not serviced until mentioned to the inside staff who emptied the trash cans. Additional outside service is needed. Room was excellent with prices very reasonable. Breakfast was excellent with variety and a clean dining room.

Clean room & lobby

Everything was terrific except the pool was closed for some reason. The snack area was well-stocked and reasonably priced. The breakfast had eggs and a protein each day. There are children's books and games in the lobby. The room was comfortable. We would stay there again.

We have stayed there several times and have always been happy. However, this time, in the morning when my husband and I woke, both of our nightstands were covered in small ants! We did let the staff know and they said it would be addressed.

Air condition sucked would not cool room to desired temperature. After getting back at midnight it was not at temperature

Breakfast and wonderful staff

Very clean hotel . Walking in and it smells amazing ! Front desk was very friendly and helpful! Only thing is the pool isn’t working and that was kinda disappointing but otherwise it was nice

The front desk was very friendly. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast has limited variety of food and can be improved.
