Tv was broken, shower didn’t get hot, and I was accused of smoking in a room with 3 smoke detectors. And there was a stain on the bed. Room smelled like animal urine. You can literally hear what the person in the next room is talking about, doors slamming, dogs barking 0/10 dont recommend. Breakfast sucked only eggs, sausage and biscuits.

Parking was good, I was able to bring both my dog and my cat, staff was extremely helpful, and room was extremely clean.

I enjoyed the 1 night stay

Property is going thru some refurbishing but other areas were great.

Everything was great except the pool. It was full of debris and not once did I see anyone clean it, other than me and the other guest. I did have the pool pretty much all to myself n it's so beautiful with the changing lights at night. Over all a great stay

The hotel was under construction, so it was a little noisy, but other than that, the room was fine

Pool was closed and construction was happening. There was a dusty/musty cell coming from the property. I had contact with one staff member and he was friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the location was good.

Ot was a great stay, staff very friendly and helpful.

Room and staff are nice but breakfast is not good

I had accidentally double booked this property. I spoke with the hotel, they said I had to speak with Expedia. I did speak with Expedia and 3 days later they sent a message saying they couldn't contact anyone, so I was stuck paying for both rooms. In my mind this is absolutely ridiculous. I can call that hotel anytime and get ahold of someone. I am still going to continue to fight for this refund as everyone makes mistakes. But Expedia's lack of any real assistance has shown me I will no longer use Expedia for ANY type of reservation.

From the moment we walked in the service was exceptional. The rooms were clean and up-to-date. All amenities were available in the room and down the hall in the lobby. It was a smooth transition unlike our previous night at a Days Inn. Thank you so much.

Terrible

The hotel overall was clean; however due to some flooding that has happened there is still a mildew smell in the carpet. The rooms were clean and we had fresh towels each day that we stayed. I arrived at 7:30pm on Friday 7/17 and the gentleman working the front desk named Miles was very hospitable, professional, and exceptional customer service. for both Friday and Saturday it appeared that Miles was there ALL DAY and NIGHT by himself. I didn't see another employee until Sunday, which I am assuming was the site manager. I spoke in the elevator and I said, this is the first time i have seen another employee since I arrived on Friday and I shared with him , how amazing Miles had been and the manager simply replied with a hmph and he never said thank you or anything nice about his employee. The manager then stood in the vestibules with his arms crossed watching Miles, as if he was not satisfied and had to watch him working. i didn't eat any of the food for breakfast, but the coffee was amazing and there was plenty of parking. If I should return to this LaQunita location it would mainly be because of the great service that Miles provided to everyone that came through those doors.
