Wingate by Wyndham North Little Rock

The carpet had a bad smell. The floors were dirty. All the faucets in the bathroom were loose and almost broken. I was scared to touch them in case they came out and broke they will charge me for breaking them. I wonder if Wyndham has any policy on inspecting the properties at all In all a bad experience. Will not recommmend

I was originally excited for the stay due to reviews. Once I arrived I was at the front desk for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. I even went to my car to check on my family after waiting came back in and waited anther 5 to 10 minutes and still no one ever came to the front desk to check in. We left and just booked another hotel.

There was mold in the shower, soap containers were almost empty, restroom was poorly maintained and the breakfast was lackluster.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY. THERE WAS A WET HAND TOWEL WRAPPED THE SMOKE DETECTOR. CALLED FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID SOMEONE MUST OF BEEN SMOKING IN ROOM BEFORE US. DID NOTHING TO COME TAKE CARE OF IT. SO WE HAD TO REMOVE THE GROSS TOWEL AND TAKE CARE OF IT OURSELVES. THE WINDOWS WERE DIRTY, THE BATHTUB WAS DIRTY, PAINT COMING OFF, CARPET ISNT EVEN CUT FOR ROOM. ZERO PRIDE IN THE UPKEEP OF THIS PLACE. HONESTLY I AM SURPRISED WE DID NOT HAVE BUD BUG ISSUES. ONLY POSTIVE THING I CAN SAY. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS SO DISGUSTING I WOULDN'T EVEN EAT ANYTHING THEY HAD FOR BREAKFAST. JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR JUST GO FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND SMELL.

The hotel was very noisy. The plumbing pipes made and air conditioning made noise the short time I stayed. I heard doors slamming constantly and my CO 2 detector I brought with me went off numerous times while there. I was moved to a different room and witnessed the same problems. I was unable to sleep in those rooms so I packed up a my d request a refund after being so upset.

The property is clean, safe and the location is great. Business trip and it was close to where I was meeting. The food and shopping options are all around.

Room was not clean.

The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the AC cooled the room very quickly. Staff was extremely helpful in getting treadmill to work in fitness center but the equipment was very run down and not clean.

The property didn’t look anything like the pictures. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful and refunded our money when we left. The room smelled like smoke and my wife is sensitive to smoke smells. There was a lady walking down the hall going door to door for whatever reason. When we told the lady we were leaving she apologized and said that kind of stuff usually stays on the first and 3 floor. Not a family friendly hotel.
