We were promised by Expedia a ocean front room, but when we got there to check in, they didn't have an ocean front room.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Great ocean view from our balcony. The bathroom is very small. Breakfast and coffee were good. Location is excellent. Could have used an additional elevator. Spent too much time waiting for the single elevator to travel 10 floors. We will stay here again. :-)

The staff, from receptionist to housekeeper was very friendly and helpful.,they are trying the best but the building is very dated and in need of remodeling.

Somehow the room was cleaned, AC shut off and door left cracked open! The property is OLD and WORN OUT! Stayed here about 10 years ago and it’s gone DOWNHILL in this amount of time! Best Western should be ashamed to call this a “Resort” of ANY kind!! Do not stay here! Plenty of decent places up and down the beach close by!!!

The staff was so wonderful when I had to leave a couple days into my stay they were so helpful and kind people, highly recommend, great great staff

Great breakfast, omelets, biscuits n gravy, sausages, juice coffee. All cooked very well and staff dished it out. Had plenty to eat. Minor inconvenience, drink machine was empty.

Literally nothing. It was a motel listed as a hotel/resort Everything, there were no amenities at the building. It was all separate which wasn’t listed, the bed was dirty, cockroaches in the room, the floor was dirty. No shower curtain. Had to wash my hands in the shower because the faucet was barely in the sink… Honestly I wish I would’ve just stayed at a motel. I would’ve saved myself so much money for the same thing

I did not get the room that I signed up for with a full kitchen very disappointed & there were two bugs Roaches in the bathroom they need to spray

The staff was amazing The tub was leaking from the basin. The tub and bathroom sink didn’t drain and the toilet was very loose kept coming off the floor. Maintenance did come and fix it but broke again within a couple hours

The staff was pleasant. The room had bugs in the dresser and nightstands. The pool was dirty. We opted to not eat the breakfast that was included because of if the room had bugs what must the kitchen where the food was being prepared be like....we ate elsewhere. We arrived Thursday night around 10:30pm checked in and we checked out Saturday morning around 9:00am. We did not stay the full Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday check out we booked.
