Loved the bathtub and balcony Checking in at a different property and they were unclear about the process . Address is incorrect on booking.com. Address says Myrtle but it’s actually north Myrtle- drove half hour each way out of the way due to this

Close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and quiet in the rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful The set up for the pool and lazy river was odd. The hot tub was in the sun and the pool under the roof. The water area is loud with all the motors and water dumping. Lazy river is extremely small. If bringing kids for the pool area it's nowhere as big as it seems in the photos. The balconies also aren't very private. If the ppl below or beside you are out on the balcony it's like they are sitting right next to you.

Amenities were good. Located on beach. The check-in process was inconvenient for disabled. Had to check-in/out at one place then drive to another place to stay and then drive to yet another location for parking. No one to help with luggage. It was also a sales pitch for timeshare from the beginning.

Beach access and amenities were better than expected. Room had all necessities. Easy access to beach and parking. Restaurants were within walking distance along with groceries and shops. Nice location and beautiful beach. The check-in process was a joke, sent us to the Prince hotel which seemed over-crowded and NO signs on how to get to the check-in area, once found and checked in, they tried signing us up for time share videos after driving 13 hours to get there. Upon arrival at the Towers, had to go to lobby for wi-fi access, they had no record of us and upon arriving at our room, found out the Prince hotel wrote wrong room number and had to spend another 30 minutes contacting them to get our correct room number. Room was outdated. Entry of hotel smelled like sewage. What a fiasco!! Shame on them!

I loved being right on the beach, a grocery store was a block away, several restaurants within a few blocks, and the parking garage was right across the street. I was very disappointed that we were in towers on the grove rather than the building we were in a few years ago when we went. The hot tubs were just extra warm mini pools with a row of jets near the top of the water line that only stayed on for 15 mins at a time and a cement bench lining them. It wasn’t like the hot tubs at the other tower that you could completely submerge yourself in and have a bunch of jets ease your aching muscles after the ten hour drive. The pool and lazy river area was ok but again, not nearly as relaxing as the ones we stayed at before. There was a water slide and stuff that would be great for young kids/families but i specifically wanted the other towers and i was unaware that there were now several! I had to check in at a completely different building than the one we were staying at or the one I had been to previously. It was ridiculous. Several things in the suite didn’t work properly but nothing that was a bother, we had to go out and buy mattress toppers though because the beds were SO FIRM that we were in agony by the second day.

I had to check in at the sister property a mile down the road, which is absolutely fine. Everyone there was polite at the prince got my card with an amenity thing. Was excited to use the gym in the hot tub.. when I went to the gym at to Hrs on the Grove . My card wouldn’t work so I went to the front desk.. she was Kurt and looked up at me and said you have to use the one at the print you can’t use ours here. WHAT? I can’t use the amenities at the hotel that I paid to stay in and she was not budging.
