There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran, no fridge in room, everything outdated, more of a motel than a hotel. Rooms were dark and dingy. Pillows small. A guy in another room found a cockroach and their door had a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the frame. Only a deadbolt between you and the outside world. Pool had no water in it. Parking was not great.

Half of the lamps didn’t work when I got there, whole bunch of stains on the floors, bathroom was pretty gross and the water didn’t stop running
-
Rooms are extremely outdated and poorly kept. Stains on chairs and carpets. My bed skirt had a giant rip in the side and did not look laundered. Mold in bathroom and air conditioner would not cool below 74.
-
The bed sheets were not changed, the pillowcases were dirty, they smelled of “ body sweat
-
I will say that the sheets and towels were old, and yellowed, but looked and smelled clean. The bed did have a weird bug on it, and there were weird bugs crawling around in the bathroom as well. Would not stay there again.

Okay hotel. Worn, but good enough. Pool out of order (doesn’t matter to me). Fridge not working, should be removed from the room. Ice machine works, so I was able to use a small cooler. Shower works, but the shower head should be cleaned so that it flows freely. Overall - okay. On the plus side - great location to the central old-town district. No one out and about on the streets the night I was there, but cool place.

Simple, basic room. Was disappointed no breakfast provided which was advertised.
-
Air conditioning made loud noise and could sleep
-
Cheap, dodgy and old, sheets were thin but clean. Carpet was filthy and scary.
-
It was just ok, stained carpets, killed a bug, ring in toilet, air conditioner didn't work properly.

1st rm. tv didnt work 2nd rm. wasn't cleaned from previous guest 3rd rm. offered the a/c did'nt work and very noisy. The continental breakfast stated on line was overstated it consisted of coffee only.Just a totally run down environment. It was such a disappointment I'm not sure why I'd ever use AmericInn again. I'm sorry look above to what I didn't like. Honestly there was nothing I liked and if you knew me you'd know I'm not fussy just give me a basic, clean and functioning room and my ratings would be flipped. Someone honestly should look into this. One last thing it appeared some of the residents were long term as they loitered outside there rooms banging on doors a yelling to occupants inside the room (intimidating)

Staff was very friendly, and it was a decent motel for the price, but the tub and sink were grungy, and the motel needs maintenance. The pool is no longer in service and they do not have any breakfast. Just coffee in the lobby. Staff said the pool has been removed from the official website and they are working on getting the breakfast removed from their website, but Expedia still listed it as having both. Advantages included pet friendly for a small fee, and room rates were very reasonable.

This property was described as having a pool and providing breakfast. Among other properties I considered for my stay, I chose this one on account of these offerings. The pool was empty. No breakfasts. Further, other guests sat outside on the level below mine and smoked. Smoke drifted into my room. Room was not cleaned during stay. Complete misrepresentation and scam. AC unit very noisy. Would definitely avoid this one.

Bad

Booked 3 nights and paid upfront for the room. Upon arrival I was told my room was given to someone else and there were no now rooms available. Front desk lady was rude and not very good at her job. Used foul language with my cousin who also booked but was denied also.

Good
-
Washcloth with apparent blood stains. Constant dripping shower clogged drain. Smoking area outside was loud until late in the evening
-
Room was poorly maintained the most minimal cleaning possible was done I stay 2 nights only because I couldn’t get a refund after seeing the property in person. It looks NOTHING like the pics online the rooms look like they haven’t been renovated since the 80s my tv in my car is bigger than the one in the room and it gets like 2 channels the staff was rude aside from the lady when I was checking out. The “breakfast” is a microwave and coffee machine in a lobby that smelled like curry. And the parking is horrible
