Pool was under renovation but arrangements were made to swim at their neighbor hotel.

Good breakfast and amazing staff
-
We were only there for one night, but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful.

The staff that checked us in was very friendly, however, that was the best part of our stay. Our room was just not clean. I am pretty sure that our sheets had been slept in previous to our arrival. Unfortunately, I did not notice the stains until after we had slept in them. I am hoping it was just chocolate. I also found a used towel behind the curtains. There was throw-up outside the door. There are definitely better places to stay.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Latte machine!

This was not a great experience, however, I don’t think it was typical for this hotel. We arrived at 3:20 to check in to find the lobby literally overflowing with guests and luggage. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get checked in, only to find out that our room was not ready. We continued to wait for another hour in the lobby before we received the keys to our room (with several other guests whose rooms were also not ready). The room was dated and looked different from the pictures online. We couldn’t get anything to stay plugged into the outlet by the sink. The pool and hot tub were unavailable. We were awakened in the morning by housekeeping in the hallway and room next door talking and laughing loudly. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast. Nothing extraordinary, but staff did a good job of refilling items and cleaning tables as it was very busy that morning. I understand it was a busy weekend, but for the amount I paid for the room, I don’t feel like it was worth it. Especially since I waited an hour and a half to even get into my room.

The staff was fantastic. The property is well kept

First thing when booking I called to make sure pool was open and wasn't told different when checking in so with 4 kids that was bad enough, then in the room there was 2 pills laying right out on the floor and the elevator was out of order.

Hotel was packed for NEBRASKALand days but the gals at reception were friendly and trying their best. Room took a little while to be ready but it was nice and clean when we got in.

Would be 5 stars if the pool was open. Unfortunately, they don't show that online. Have to wait until you're there to find out. The breakfast was excellent though.

The rooms smell musty and the pool and hot tub is closed down for remodeling during summer vacation time. If you want to go swimming they offer to use another hotels pool that is down the road that is not worth it

Our stay was terrible. The staff were nice. However, the floor was not maintained or vacuumed, the baseboards were torn out, the room was dirty, the walls were marked up, carpets were stained and gross. Additionally, the pool and spa were closed due to renovation. This is the 3rd stay at a Best Western where they advertise a pool and spa, but either there is no spa or the pool and spa are closed. This is false advertisement and I should get my monies back to make other arrangements. However attempting to get your money back is like pulling teeth with these jokers. This amounts to terrible policies within the corporate atmosphere. I will no longer consider staying at a Best Western. I will take my business to a better hotel. We recently stayed at a Comfort Inn that was clean and well managed. Yes! They had an open pool and spa. And, it was $50 less expensive. Never again will I stay at a Best Western.

It was nice that they had a plan in place for the pool being remodeled! Great Job North Platte! Breakfast was excellent, and the staff’s professionalism was 2nd to NONE!!!

Very friendly staff

Staff was professional and their breakfast was great. Our kids were really bummed that the pool and spa were closed for our stay. They did say we could drive over to the holiday inn and use their pool, but our kids weren’t didn’t want to. The elevator was also out of order, but thankfully we were on the first floor. The baseboards were missing in the halls which made it look a bit run down. Our room was clean, but the pull out sofa bed was broken so our youngest had to sleep on the floor. Not sure if we will be back here, unfortunately.

The staff was very nice.

Fast simple check in. Food was great. Clean smelling.

Room was big and clean. The staff was very sweet and helpful!
-
Pool and hot tub was closed. The room was kinda rough for a hotel with 9 star ratings. Clean but honestly should have been cheaper and have a rating of a 6.8. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room we checked into was wet, dusty and moldy. We called hotel.com and no one was able to reach the hotel. We finally went to the desk due to the dirty room condition and were told that we were put in a “less” quality room due to booking through a 3rd party. No one should stay in a room that is wet and dirty. It smelled musty and we have a child with asthma. They did move us to a better room but also said they need to discuss with hotels.com on expectations for rooms. Again no one expects that and my brother told them so. They finally agreed and said they knew the room was terrible and to have hotels.com for a full refund. We will see if that happens. Their pool was also down which is the whole reason we picked that hotel as we were travel with kids. No way was this a $200 a night hotel or room. It’s the worst experience I’ve had a hotel and after driving 10 hours, the last thing we wanted to worry about. Not only that, but the next morning one of us took a shower and the 2nd person only had a like warm shower. I can only hope this is made better and hotels.com and the hotel do what they said they would and refund our stay.
