My bathroom was way cleaner than any Hilton room I ever had checked in to. The beds were clean and comfortable and sheets and bedding were clean and soft and not worn out. My room was 103 and it was extremely comfortable and quiet and clean

It was falling apart. Exposed electrical wires hanging out of holes in the wall. The bathroom was rusty and dirty. The door into the room had hugs gaps. No where to hang clothes. The bathroom vanity had fallen at some point and was hanging on by a thread.

Hotel and room smells moldy!

Bad

There was holes in the wall. The bed would move every time you would do any kind of movement in the bed. It had bugs in the room. You could see daylight threw the seal of the door It was in a okay place

Great hotel for the price

The room had multiple holes on every wall and in the bathroom door. There was a spotlight right outside our window aimed right at the window that made it seem like daylight all night long.

Great location to stay at. I would honestly suggest more shampoo etc in the bathroom and maybe additional house cleaning walk throughs before new visitors. We found a previous visitors socks. Overall it was a good and relaxing stay.

The gentleman at check in was very helpful and friendly! The hotel overall was in bad shape- not clean, holes in walls with electrical wires exposed, dirt marks covered the front door. The mattress was not encased! Just a thin pad on a bare mattress! Lots of flies…just not a good stay, even for one night. No pet relief areas.

It wasn’t great, but it was ok.
-
Property was run down. Pool, spa were very dirty, washer and dryer were broken, bedrooms had holes in the walls. I guess you get what you pay for. Online description was deceiving.

Staff was very friendly....room clean...breakfast was good.

It Has A Hott Tubb Had To Change Rooms Due To First Room Having Non-Working AC, Damp Wrinkled Sheets, Stains On Comforter, Phone Dirty, Window Did Not Work To Open Or Close, Window Was Deeply Cracked From Top To Bottom, Was Originally Reported And Nothing Was Done. Reported A Second Time And Was Accommodated Another Room. This “Accommodated” Room Was Upstairs, Very Back Of Building In The Corner Being The “Only One Available”. Clearly A Renovation Job As The Walls Had Putty All Over Them, Unpainted, Sheets Had Holes In Them, Mattress Pads Had Yellow Stains On Them, TV Cable Box Was Unplugged So Furniture Had To Be Moved, Refrigerator Was At Freezing Temps Ruining Many Drinks We Purchased, Food Was Left In Fridge From Previous Occupant, Room Smelled Like AC Was Bad, Clumps Of Dust In The AC, Phone Was Not Plugged In, Window Did Not Have A Screen, View From Window Was Of A Big Stack Of Mattresses And Chair’s, Plug In’s We’re Loose Making It Difficult To Charge Electronic Devices, Swimming Pool Does Not Have Safety Tape On The Steps To Prevent Slipping And Falling (Which I Did) And The “Exit Ladder” Is Broke With No Steps And The Handles Loose/Moveable, And After Reporting All Of This Was Told Nothing They Could Do But “Give A Discount” Next Time We Stay There. Knowing Well, We Weren’t Coming Back.

This hotel isn’t the Ritz, and it needs quite a bit of TLC, but the staff were nice and the beds were comfortable. If you’re traveling solo, ask for a room on the second floor. The first floor rooms open directly to the parking lot.

The management of the property made us feel at home and were very kind.you can tell they really care about the guest more than they are required. Good job !! Made our trip better
-
Coffee was good, eggs mediocre. Only toast available, no donuts, bagels etc, no yogurt.
-
Staff were helpful. Pool water was not clean and smelled disgusting. Cable TV was not working at first. Staff were not at desk right away but were helpful when found. Property is run down. Breakfast was ok.

Total dump, had trouble finding a person to check in and then again, check out. Stayed till 6am to get some breakfast but there was none, some gal can in about 6:15 but she was so slow moving I'd have been there another 20 mins.
