I absolutely loved everything about this place. The hygiene and cleanliness were exceptional, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything exceeded my expectations, and my stay was truly wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. Everything met my expectations and beyond

Close to my workpshop .. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The first issue was that I only discovered after booking that the hotel is pet-friendly, which resulted in dog barking during the night and disturbed sleep. While this was partly my oversight, I believe this information should be made clearer to guests. The original room was not clean, especially the bathroom. To the hotel’s credit, they later upgraded me to a much better and cleaner apartment, which I appreciated. My biggest concern was the service from the receptionist, Dimitri. His communication was unprofessional, unfriendly, and lacking basic customer service skills. I explained that my workshop finished at 5 PM and offered to pay for a late check-out. Initially, I was told I had to leave at 2 PM, then 3 PM, and later 5 PM after I expressed my dissatisfaction. The inconsistent information forced me to leave my paid workshop early to complete check-out, causing unnecessary stress, additional taxi expenses, and loss of valuable workshop time. In addition, there was no breakfast or buffet service available. Overall, despite the upgrade, the poor customer service, lack of flexibility, cleanliness issues in the original room, and pet-related disturbances mean I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, quiet, perfect for sports enthusiasts. The best hotel in Dubai. I cured my back in 21 days thanks to the most comfortable beds. Great price for a hotel of this size. Easy to get anywhere in Dubai, 10-15 minutes.

I really enjoyed my stay at Emirates Sports Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, with a great view over the football pitch where I could watch training sessions right from the window. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and sporty at the same time, and the staff were always polite and helpful. It’s a very convenient place to stay in Dubai, especially for athletes and anyone coming for sports events.

The hotel's location is also very convenient, with cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, and sports facilities nearby, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming place with excellent service in Dubai. Everything was great. No negative comments from my side.

I chose this hotel as it was down to the location for what I needed in the area and it definitely served it's purpose. I had an apartment which suited my family for the week. The staff were very helpful and would like to thank Ninar, Solman and Midhen.

The front desk staff was friendly and they even upgraded me from a standard room to a deluxe room. The location is great and the room was comfortable and very modern. The hotel entrance is not easy to find because there are no visible signs leading to its entrance. Parking is free, but very limited around the premises. Lots of construction going on (ground floor) in the building that contains floors 1-5, there was a very unpleasant smell surrounding this construction area. The hotel gym was closed for renovations, so the only option was to use the Fit Republik gym conveniently across the street, but the price was AED 50.
