The carpet and elevator however were DISGUSTING. Incredible actually how bad. I mentioned it on the way out. If I hadn’t prepaid, we probably would’ve left. Incredible that Hilton has allowed this it was so bad.

I was not allowed to check in bc the card I used on file was a virtual card number and did not match the physical card on file and they would not help in any way. So I had to get other accommodations

Shower extremely small. Paint peeling/ ceiling looked terrible. Floors throughout very gross. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty floor around bed. Elevators sketchy. Need more vending options. Add ice cream to vending.

I was very impressed with the staff. The computer system was down due to a power outage wherever their servers are. They had to keep track of the all the rooms on paper and let everyone in to their rooms since they couldn't make keys. Everything ran so smoothly even though they had that big issue. My only complaint is how hard the bed was. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and the bed was very painful for me,

Nice room. Great bed. Only minor thing is that there was very little room between the bed and the area that had the fridge and microwave. Only one person at a time could be in that area.

Breakfast hours were good. The breakfast was good. The breakfast table and chair heights were all wrong. Tables were too high for the height of the chairs.

Only issue here (and it’s pretty memorable unfortunately) is we found dried blood stains on our bed blanket soon after checking in. Had to ask the front desk for a swift replacement which they obliged of course. A pretty off putting start to the stay but no other issues outside of that. Decent bed, good shower, accommodating staff, convenient location to many things; overall, a decent hotel for the price.

Although the hallway carpets looked a bit worn the room was very, very clean and nice and large. It had everything we needed. They do not provide daily cleaning service. Most of the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was great and so was the location. Very pleased. The only thing I thought was strange was that there was no soap by bathroom sink. There was lotion, but no soap.

Great place to stay. The room was clean. Breakfast had many options.

The carpet in the hallways & elevators are filthy. Walls and doors all dirty. Back of bathroom door was very dirty. Fingerprints on all glasss and elevator for 3 days I was there. Whole place needs deep cleaning.
