Stains on walls, mirrors and hard surfaces. Literally no soap of any kind to wash hands, hair or body. Carpet felt dirty and greasy under feet. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Waited for someone to come to front desk for over 15 minutes when arrived. Changed hotels after one night and will not return for any reason.

From broken towel racks and dresser drawers to leaking refrigerators, to loose toilet seats, smelly, not clean elevator to cigarette butts all over the outside area (have they not heard about ash trays?) to a manager who was never there, it was a nightmare. They did refund the last 4 nights of our stay (we stayed the first night...awful and tried to check out on 8/15 in the afternoon but the front desk was closed and no one was there. This location needs a complete renovation! The kitchens were old and shabby, no way of stopping up the sink to wash dishes. No stopper in the bathroom sink, no working exhaust fan and the hooks on the back of the beat up bathroom door (which would not close all the way) were installed right at the top of the door! I'd need a ladder to use it! The staff was nice and Ken on our check in tried to find us a nice room to stay in (one smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we couldn't close the door fast enough.) Put this down to being nothing as it is online on their webside.

Property is definitely dated and not very well maintained. Old chewing gum stains on ground outside, beat up furniture pieces, cabinetry, counters and backsplashes. Sticky surfaces on furniture and flooring and carpeting was stained. Was not sure that the bedding had actually been changed from prior tenant or just remade with same sheets. Definitely did not smell fresh. No hair dryer in the room and front desk did not reopen until 9 am the next morning. Off and on strong smell of pot through the night. No hand towels.

Plenty of audio and video recordings of the mgr Ashley and her interacting w/guests, there’s even a subreddit I recently learned about dedicated to her All of that evidence has been uploaded to corporate. All of my near death asthma attacks have been due to the smoking allowed at this property. The poor up keep and the recent attempted repairs to the damaged parking long lot (at least a year) is a direct reflection of her “mgmt style” See you in court Ash. 😊

We will never be staying at any Extended stay location again as after hours on the phone the same day trying to cancel and find new accommodation they were unable to assist.

The room was huge with a great eating/ work table with office chair - full kitchen - it was all older but perfect. It may have been upgraded and they did a great job, I didn't have any problems - the bed was great and the room even had an excellent leather chair. Overall it was a great stay.

Tried to check in at 4 pm however when we got to the room it hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest

The manager was helpful with my late arrival. However, after being there a week, I asked for fresh towels. They said it'll cost me almost two dollars per towel. Then the the desk clerk showed me a paper with the price on it. I was in shock! The sinks don't have stoppers, which made me fearful of dropping anything. The place is kinda clean on the inside, but it could do better on the outside. So, at best it is a 2.5.

The cleanliness of the room and attention to detail in that area is lacking.. showers still had other people's hair stuck on the walls.. the rooms need to be refurbished and redone.. carpet, furniture, and sinks and faucets need to be replaced sooner rather than later.

The property was sold out and the staff didn’t care No manager on duty and no staff after 10 pm

This hotel was so sketchy that we asked to cancel the room and refund our payment. Exterior and interior locks didn't work; to say it was not clean or safe is an understatement. The only redeeming fact is that the staff agreed to cancel/issue a refund.

the staff is so kind and patient — the best best place to stay for extended periods of time. They aren’t mean or pushy at all, just pure kindness. So grateful for this restorative stay and rest!
