The staff was nice. The elevator, hallways and room were not clean. Bedding and towels were all good, clean. But man, they need new cleaning crew. The floors hadn't been cleaned, not even vacumed.

The room was not clean, their where no place to park, I had to sleep in my car. So that I wouldn’t be towed. On top of all that they gave some one my room key and 10 in the morning some guy opened the door twice thank god I locked the emergency lock on the door.

Location Where to even begin lol . My sister & I typically stay in Airbnb’s when we get together for a visit, however, staying here at this hotel was more in our budget this time around. Even still, it was almost $300 for the 3 night stay and to me, that’s not cheap. Upon checking which we had 2 huge suitcases and LOTS of heavy bags and of course, the elevator was and still is broken (4 days later) and nobody offered to help with bringing our items to our room or even putting us in a ground floor room. We had to lug everything up by ourselves two flights of stairs. Anyway, we got checked in and noticed a familiar smell, but didn’t think much of it at first… We proceed to unpack the cooler full of food because the hotel room had a kitchenette. I guess somewhere in the small print they do tell you that the room DOES NOT come equipped with ANY kitchen amenities I.e. coffee pot (separate fee- not sure how much?), plates, bowls & utensils $30, pots, pans $40 and extra linens (??). As we inspected the room not only was the room not cleaned/ swept properly because clearly the top blanket had LAYERS of dust/ dirt, there was food on the backsplash of the stove, someone’s dirty sock in the shower, beer bottle caps on the floor by the front door AND BLACK MOLD ALL up in the AC unit and around the framing in the window. We brought this to the hotels attention which they sent somebody in to bleach the AC unit (but if you know anything about black mold- it doesn’t remedy the solution). The bleaching actually made the smell sooo much worse to the point we couldn’t even use the air conditioning during the rest of our stay and had to keep the windows open and endure the VERY LOUD sound of the highway…. The only reason why we are graciously giving this hotel even 1 star is because at least there wasn’t cockroaches, mice or bed bugs, yet lol.

I was traveling with my 75 year old mother and my 9 year old granddaughter as I was a vendor at a comic con. When we arrived we were told that the elevator didn’t work. I told the front desk lady that she needed to put me on the first floor she replied it’s more money and brushed me off. Not even letting me tell her about my mom. We ended up on the fourth floor. When we got out of the car we were met with a gentleman sitting on the sidewalk smoking pot. When we entered into the building it smelled so bad. The stairwell looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. When we entered the fourth floor it smelled so bad in the hallway. The room looked ok or so it seemed. In the middle of the night the toilet broke and didn’t stop running. We at this time had no way to let anyone know because no one was at the front desk. So I fixed the toilet so we could at least flush it. We had to be out so early that morning that I couldn’t even tell anyone and again back so late that I again couldn’t tell anyone. When we arrived the second night the hand rail on the stairwell was pulled out of the wall. Which for someone who is 75 is an issue. Their fix was a hand written sign and safety cones. Again no one was there to address any concerns. The next morning my mother and I ended up with a rash which thankfully went away. Which makes me wonder when the room was last cleaned and sheets changed. When checking out we dropped the key in a box because as usual no one was there.

The elevator went out , I had to move all my stuff from the 4th floor, I wasn’t expecting that . Overall it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t noisy or anything. It was a ok experience.

Everything was great! Certainly somewhere I would stay again!! No complaints!!

2. There was very bad smell in the room. 3. Everyday the AC was turned off when I back my room. 4. Monday morning, when I going to leave, they turned alveolar off. I have to carry my luggage down from fourth floor twice.

The front desk when present was very friendly and helpful and the proximity to the interstate. Overall it could have been cleaned better.

The room reminded us of a halfway house!!! The staff was rude!!! The toilet and sink had a black ring around it and garbage left in the room! The refrigerator was cheap and dirty.

Comfortable stay, clean room, staff was very helpful and friendly. Had no issues checking in late at night (around midnight). Safe location, quiet hotel.
