Staff polite, friendly and efficient. Check in was speedy and so was the checkout. Lovely building with a history. Bedroom was exceptionally clean including the bathroom. Though our bedroom was near a road, there was no road noise experienced in the night. Breakfast was tasty and speedy. May need airconditioning in the future. ( the night we stayed, had cooled down and there was a small fan provided) Could do with a grab rail on the wall next to the bath for safety reasons.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location. Comfortable bed served for a great nights sleep, fluffy towels and nice additions in the room - including still and sparkling water.

We had a fabulous stay at Hartford Hall. The hotel is easy accessible in a beautiful location, it has comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. We had an evening meal and breakfast, the food was delicious and the restaurant staff were very attentive. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the outside area with undercover seating with heaters, we also sat in the bar area in the evening which we found to have a country pub feel with a fun atmosphere, the two lads behind the bar made us feel welcome and joined in with our conversations. We could not find one fault, 100% recommend.
