Hotel is clean. The king room with balcony was very clean although it might need some updating. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again and recommend without hesitation

The room was very clean. The staff, especially Mateo at the front desk, was very help ful. He helped me with the WiFi and even came up to our room and closed the curtains for us. We had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again. I would recommend the courtyard Marriott in Norwich without hesitation.

I stay here quarterly, when I come to town on business. They upgraded the waiting area with work spaces that included a small built in tv and table. I love the free washer and drier, convenient cafe with friendly help, quiet rooms with large tv and desk as well as loveseat and large ottoman. Plenty of parking and close to Italian restaurants, new Dunkin, Friendly's, and a nice steak house just around the corner and a short walk. I like the flavored ice water and chocolate chip cookies near the front desks. The help at the the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I don't stay anywhere else.

Convenient location, only about 8–10 minutes from Mohegan Sun. The photos make the hotel look more impressive than it is in person, but it served its purpose. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very basic, and some areas like the walls and countertops could use better cleaning and updating. Overall, the property feels a bit dated, but not terrible. The staff, however, was fantastic and provided great service throughout our stay.
