Rosemont Suites

This is the grossest hotel I've ever been too. Please spend tjr extra 30 bucks and stay by a better hotel. There were literally bedbugs in the room!

Although the rooms were clean and presentable, the tv did not work and the overall condition of the property looked to be in disrepair. You get what you pay for. And I paid too much for this one night stay.

Air conditioning was way too old and no way to turn it off other than unplug the unit. Rooms are very old and mattresses need to be replaced

Bath room toilet paper holder broke no breakfast facilities

Disgusting. Wasn’t expecting much for $120 but it was so much worse than I ever imagined. Board of health should shut this place down.

There was no WiFi. I brought my laptop on the assumption that there would be WiFi so I could keep up with my e-mails. Nope. No WiFi. The website said there was WiFi. Apparently, something had happened. My room wasn't cleaned when I was out for the second day of my stay. Not that there was much messed up by me, but I took that for granted as well. Had to re-use the towels for showering before I checked out. I noticed a few cracks. Large mirror leaning on the wall, begging for a mishap. Beggars can't be choosers, and I wound up saving a little. And it wasn't like i stayed in my room for long periods beyond sleeping. But this is not a place I'd recommend.

On the plus side, the manager was very kind and helpful. The mini-fridge was excellent (most hotels they barely function).

Not bad for if you lookin for a quick stay/ in and out. Would rent again last minute for the price.

Beds were comfortable. Front Desk staff was friendly & helpful. That’s about all the good I can say about this hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. Very low price. Floor was extremely filthy. My bare feet were black from the dirt on the floor. Had to wear shoes. Pay extra and go someplace else.

The building had no sign indicating it was the hotel. It felt like a hostel, and the front desk manager was ride. I have nothing but terrible things to say about this place. You really should have it removed as an option to stay at in your app/website.

Had ants in my room and had to change rooms

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling leaking what I hope was water.

The room was disgusting the beds had bed bugs in them the shower had spiders living in it the floor was never cleaned the worst hotel I stayed in

DEAD BUGS AND COBWEBS under floor level AC, broken table leg, peeling counters, dirty bathroom and running toilets. We didn't even stay the night!! Took a better look when we got back from our event and left the key in the drop box and drove home! Tried to contact hotel and acted like it was no big deal. DEAD BUGS. DONT STAY HERE!!

Everything else .... horrible. Mismatched and broken furniture, mismatched towels, poor lighting in parking areas (definitely did not feel safe, especially in back area) ... facility is showing its age though they may be making upgrades. Flooring looked new as did shower head, but walls, edging, furniture, lamps, beds, etc. ...all old, broken. No sign on outside of building to indicate it was actually the hotel ... didn't realize it was the hotel until I asked at the neighboring hotel and after getting out of my car to read the sign on the door ... which I was hesitant to do because of the poor lighting and other aspects of the outside of the building; highway sign not in working order and missing logo. Bedding appeared clean.

The AC The place was run down, it smelled. We had to switch rooms multiple times because the toilets were broken due to it being clogged up or leaking water. Plus it really smelled like something had died there. They don’t keep up with maintenance and housecleaning. It’s really just a place for drifters to go. Don’t spend your money there, especially on the holidays.

Sticky floor. Dirty sheets. People yelling in the next room and screaming for help. What else is there to say?

I had difficulty checking in as this property had issues with third party bookings intergrating into its system . Spent an hour on the phone with Expedia/Hotels.com at 1:00 AM to resolve check in issues. Property is worn and needs maintenance.
