Dirty room and bathroom, very unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

Good location

It’s away from center

Cleanliness and convenient parking. The restaurant closes early.

Check in is very late, 3 pm ... The toilet smelled very bad, everything was very clean but the bad smell might come from some pipe or something like that

The room was a modern student dorm room, including a small kitchen, couch and a nice tv. The campus is modern and overall nice. Breakfast was good and everything was well organized. The location is not great, there's nothing interesting around, but there's a shady train stop in walking distance that takes you to the city center in 20 min.

Modern, Clean room and good facilities like the gym We were two renting a studio. When we arrived we found out we had to pay extra 24€ - touristic fee. When looking at the booking reservation it said 18€. The person at the reception at the check in didn’t explained us anything about the facilities or rules of the stay they simply charged us 24€, gave us the key and told us where to go for the breakfast. They only left one towel for the shower so we asked for an extra one at the reception, they continued leaving just one towel after fixing the room until the last day when we left a very kind note at the bench for the staff explaining that we were two people and needed two towels for the shower. They left two small towels and one for the shower again. The location was a bit far from Milan center but short walking distance to the train that passed quite often. The first day we had. The breakfast was included, we felt it was quite poor both in variety and quality eggs way too over cook and if you wanted scrambled eggs to had to pay 6€ extra. The rest of the day we bought our own food and had breakfast at the studio

The facilities aren't cramped and spacious . There's a larger breakfast room than many European hotels. It's a secure hotel; passersby can't just walk up to your room door because there's security, and you have to swipe your card to enter the building and rooms. Although originally designed as a student dormitory, the rooms are very suitable for couples without children. The property has its own public parking lot, but finding a space can be difficult in the evenings. We only booked for one night, thinking we might not like it, but we ended up staying another night. Reception staff was great. -baby crib mentioned in booking.com was free ( upon requested ) but we got baby crib from security by chance that he asked cleaner guy and finally we got but its not functional/or broken . Next day , Even I requested from reception that fix or if it not so told me how I will use it . but not fixed nor guided us about usage of crib . So we could not used it for two nights -NO RECEPTION SERVICES AFTER WORKING HOURs or night ( service begins at 7 am ) -may be not ideal place for families with infant children. -there was phone at room but no phone number details ( reception , fire , how call to other rooms etc)

There is a convenient shuttle cart that takes you from the train station to the hotel, which made the arrival much easier. The breakfast was nice, and you get your first hot drink for free. Even though it’s a hostel-style environment, the students staying there were surprisingly quiet. As a Level 2 Genius member on Booking.com, I was upgraded to a Standard One-Bedroom Apartment with 2 full beds, as stated on the listing. However, when I arrived, the room had only one bed—two single beds pushed together with a single blanket and a single mattress protector. I had no choice but to contact reception. After around 20 minutes, the staff member told me he could move me to a Twin Room, which was much smaller than expected and cheaper than the apartment I had booked. He also said I should have mentioned that I needed twin beds, but the listing clearly stated 2 full beds. I felt misled by the room description on Booking.com, especially since the apartment was significantly more expensive. Honestly, they could have simply provided an extra blanket and mattress protector.

The staffs are inpatient and not very helpful. When I asked the same question the 2nd time just to clarify my understanding of his answers, the guy's attitude turned bad and seemed annoyed.

The property is clean and efficient and the restaurant is excellent. There are washer and dryer dryers to use and a gym and pool. It was also close to the train terminal, but you can’t hear the train while sleeping. It’s in a neighborhood where there is no food options. The restaurant was excellent though with fresh grilled chicken salad and pizzas and other dinners. The breakfast was also excellent. A lot of variety.

The room was quite small for the price.

A lot of activities u can do in the hotel( table tennis, billiard, basketball, swimming. The stuff is also ok. - I didn’t like that we took a room for 3 people and we had a room like a dorms or students room bunk bed. - they didn’t change the sheets everyday. - the hotel is part of students dorm or housing so u find students everywhere and noising at night so for family I don’t think it will be ok for a little children.
