All in general, especially friendly staff and great ? breakfast. I appreciate everything and I recommend visitors.

Mold in bathroom, run down furniture, stains on walls, dangerous neighborhood. Ignored our special request.

The 24h reception with very nice staff and the breakfast

Breakfast and parking is great, very close to many shopping centres and restaurants! The neighborhood but the hotel cannot influence that whilst it is access controlled, fenced and with CCTV. We felt very safe.

The hotel was clean enough and acceptable for a short stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing with very limited options and poor refilling of the food. During the night there was a lot of noise, especially around 4 AM when guests next door were banging on the door and shouting, which made it impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not do anything to handle the situation. The location is far from the city center and not very walkable. It may be an okay option if you have a car and are looking for a budget stay, but we would probably not stay here again.

Breakfast was disappointing Very poor and low quality on everything from banana…… milk bad ……cracked eggs, dry croissants just not professional at this point Stuff at info desk in the night shift a nice Italian gentlemen friendly, but morning shift exact opposite…… 0 professional better without

The hotel was overall decent The location with bus and metro connections, keep in mind that it will take on the weekday 40-50mins reach duomo station, and on weekend more than 1.20 mins sometimes more and you have to walk from the hotel about 15 mins to catch the bus, so overall very bad public transport connection, for young people definitely a good option, but for old people can be very difficult

Very good value for money! Great breakfast and secure parking! The Staff was very helpful both in the night as well as in the morning! Mose went out of the way to help me book ticket online in Italian language for Area C to take my car to City Center of Milan. I would stay here again!

Comfortable beds. Very accommodating staff. Free, secure parking. Good breakfast.

Breakfast options could have been better. We expected more items. Could hear everything in the corridor. Could have had better sound insulation on the doors.
