New and clean Too far for public transportation and AC set at 21c on a 38c weather kind of day!

Entire facility was clean, comfortable and in a decent location to access everything via car or uber. The hotel offered a shuttle to the train stations which was excellent. I was charged more than the quote and am following up. Also, the area around the hotel seemed somewhat industrial, but you can see there are renovations being performed.

Everything was perfect & spot on to the description. Staff are very nice and friendly. Various breakfast, clean rooms, enough space, all facilities work properly. Just a little bit far from the city, if you have a car it should be okay, if not there are buses & trams 10min away from the hotel.

Arriving is painful. You need to cross the most dangerous neighborhood in Milano.

Shower water suddenly got very very hot every 30 seconds or so! I burnt myself several time. The staff tried to fit it but could not. I would not stay here again.

big clean rooms, comfortable enough. Breakfast was great, enough options to choose from. the location of the hotel is far from public transport lines, low number of taxis around with high prices. There is a run-down neighborhood nearby with lot of strange individuals (a place where you won’t go during the day …nor at night) with lot of trash everywhere.
