Helpful staff, especially the lady from the reception (sorry don't know the name but she spoke Romanian), the place was clean and felt comfortable, close to the venue we came for...a concert at Parco della Musica. Not that I didn't like but nothing much to do around the area...but hey at the end of the day, it did serve our purpose

Everything was great. We liked the parking was in front of our room. There is also a charging station if you have an electric vehicle. Breakfast with lots of choices. Close to the airport, reachable by bus or a shuttle they call for you (for us it was 7 euros for 3 people). The room had all the amenities and accessories you can think of. No complaints.

We booked this last minute and were very happy with the additional toiletries provided and the staff were very kind and helpful. There wasn't anything we didn’t like.

Old time hotel that was meticulously maintained. Spacious rooms and bath, good location near airport and availability of shuttle. With an early flight and a shuttle at 6:45 we’re went for breakfast at 6:30. Many items were laid out but we were told we could not have anything until 7. Finally the attendant made us a coffee and told us would have bread. We found this unacceptable for an airport hotel.

Very nice breakfast, variety, non-dairy milk, large bed, clean. Location 5 mins from the airport. AC worked independently could not control in the room. Sauna is not included in normal bookings.

Close to the airport, but within its walls, a beautiful property with gardens along the parking lot. I was staying with my dog and it was very nice to have. Lobby smells of stale smoke. Inconsequential, considering everything else.

Very big rooms, nicely decorated. Only 20 mins walk to Linate airport and there is also a shuttle bus available.
