Very good hotel, clean, location is super, green yard.
-
I didn’t find the way to connect to WiFi, also had some small problems that can mean a lot to someone – my window was broken and there was no way to close that fully, I have heard everyone who was speaking in the yard even through I was in the last floor. Also, overheard shower didn’t work properly and it wasn’t possible to use it. There’s also a lack of fridge in the room but that’s fine Please note that curtains aren’t blackout and there’s a high probability that other people like me will struggle

The entrances to the hotel are not locked
-
People were amazing, beautiful energy of the place!
-
The only thing is that the width of the curtain is not enough to completely close the window

The location is so convenient for travelers that would like to be close to downtown. The hotel is also located right next door to an amazing park, Kalemegdan, and the Belgrade Fortress. It is connected well to public transport too.
-
The only small negative note we could share is that curtains did not completely block outside light, so that there was no effective way of darkening the room in the early morning.

An excellent newly renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a perfect location!
-
Construction of the water closet leaves much to be desired. One wash results in splashes of water everywhere, since the shower is not properly separated.

There is a pretty big window right in front of the bed to the hallway with some thin foil on it and that light in the hallway is on all night. So I had to buy a sleeping mask because it was always pretty bright in the room.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this place. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and everything was beyond my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel at home. Their kindness and professionalism created such a positive experience that I will always remember. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only comfort but also heartfelt hospitality

The location was really great as well as room itself and the staff. As well I was pleasantly surprised that my room was upgraded.❤️ The wi-fi was really too slow. As well it could be hard to get to the top floor with your luggage without an elevator (if you are a girl and your suitcase is huge — my case?).

nothing they are cheaters, they gave me room that I did not choose and did not want to return money
-
My one and only complaint was the bed was too soft

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect, very central.

The hotel is in a newly-renovated building situated in a quiet courtyard with lovely leaf-covered exterior walls. Our room was spacious and had a super-comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular helping us order taxis. We had one key frustration: the WiFi signal in our room was very weak. Granted, we were in the room furthest from reception, which is presumably where the WiFi box is located. Life without WiFi for a couple of days isn't the end of the world. However, we felt that this is the sort of detail that a hotel in this price range really should have sorted. (A similar lack of attention to detail was evident in only providing one tea bag each - and no coffee - for the full three-night duration of our stay. We had our own tea and coffee, but the lack of attention to detail still niggled.) Finally, as Fera is such a small hotel, the staff are constantly multi-tasking and are unable to staff the reception desk full-time. They did, however, provide a WhatsApp number and were good at responding.
