A bit outdated room, lack of space in it. Bed could be bigger. No coffee in the room. There's nothing in the mini fridge except half litre water. Water from the shower leaks everywhere. Breakfast was ok, but not 4 star hotel breakfast.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Novigrad. The rooms are new, clean, very comfortable and nice. I enjoyed the stay here.

The spa center was bigger than I expected. Very friendly staff, very good coffee and breakfast. The location is in the real center.

It was close to town The staff didn’t smile and great me and when my cousin arrived they told him I hadn’t stayed there? I’d only been gone 10mins I found this very wrong indeed. The room had water damage and the shower had hair in it!

great location, pretty harbour area, everything close by, lots of choice for breakfast, parking spots were well managed in a very busy street, rooms kept nice & clean we thought we were in a new room but were in the old part (rooms are being upgraded), thin walls inside hotel, could get a bit noisy at night as right in the centre
