Great value for money & fantastic family stay! First of all, thank you so much for your hospitality! We chose Hotel Emaus after considering price, reviews, distance to the beach, and driving time from home (7 hours). Although I was slightly skeptical at first due to some picky reviews, I decided to test it myself—and I’m glad I did! Set your expectations right If you are expecting an ultra-all-inclusive resort with personal butler service on demand, this isn't the place for you—at least not at this price point. The value for money here is excellent. The Room: While our room was a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 children (they might have larger options available, I'm not sure), let’s be honest: you don't come on vacation to spend all day in the room! That said, both the room and bathroom actually exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Food & Amenities For Families: Absolutely perfect for families with kids! There is a 1.3m deep pool and a nice garden with a playground where you can also enjoy your meals on the terrace. Breakfast: Very good and plentiful. High-quality cold cuts and cheeses. If you expect 5 different types of omelets, look elsewhere, but everything offered is fresh and delicious. Dinner: Very decent! You choose from 2 daily menus + a vegan option + a kids' menu. It's tasty, home-cooked style food. If you are looking for fancy plating or fine dining, I recommend going out to the city center. Staff & Cleanliness Staff: A wonderful family-run business. Everyone is extremely respectful, helpful, and hospitable. Cleanliness: Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed upon request. Housekeeping goes room by room, which might mean a later cleaning time for some. However, if you let them know your child naps at 1:00 PM, they are very flexible and accommodate your schedule. Small tip for management: just a bit more attention to hidden spots (behind the fridge, corners, details). Mosquitos;

The hotel was very clean and the location is very close to the beach. The pool area was nice and there was a lot of shaded areas on the property. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the balcony. I would have liked to be able to turn the air conditioner down a few more degrees. It was regulated and didn’t go lower than a preset temperature. Get to breakfast early, if not, the food will run out and won’t be refilled.

Nice location and very friendly staff. They have a dog too which was extra points from my side. Rooms aren’t sound proof therefore you can hear tv from next door room etc. Breakfast should have a bit more options of meat and cheese.

Good location just a short walk to the beach. Easy walk to town. Great courtyard with pool. Rooms are small but functional. Friendly little pup to play with too. Front area - first impression seemed messy. Looks like they are finalizing some renovations but didn’t affect the stay.

Very nice staff and boss, i could park here before i checked in and left my car there for a couple of hours, nice outdoors

The new and modern small hotel is perfect for exploring Novigrad and its beaches. It's only a minute from the beach and a ten minutes' walk from the town center.

This accomodation is one of the best hotels experiences in our life, and we did travel a lot, all across Europe! From 1 to 10 we give them 12. We really can't and won't hide our delight and feelings they help us experience during our staying in this hotel. Every single detail (and there are so many of them) expressed their seriousness in hotel business, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so intelligently composed with a lot of style and taste. From decorations of rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, entries, balconies, to small details of pool and parking equipment and organization. The way they host and serve their guests, offer help and advices about neighbouring areas and a lot of it,..it is simply impossible not to be astonished by efforts they made and commitment they express to their guests. Beds are super comfy. Garden with pool large and beautiful, parking very specious and in zones with a lot of shade....They even put an effort to do the everyday cleaning while we were in restaurant having meals, so that we could be disturbed the least possible. We made booking of this accomodation having a very few informations about it and not knowing what to expect, but now, we both want to say huge thank you to all of the staff of this beautiful touristic jewel of Novigrad. Special thanks to general managaer who was so kind and hospitable. Thanks to whole of the team behind the success of this hotel. Folks you are a winning team and please - keep doing the way you do. The hospitality of the staff was excellent and the backyard with the pool is just amazing - perfect for relaxation in the shade of the pine trees. The location is perfect: a 3 minute walk to the beach and around 15min walk to the old city center. And a huge parking under surveillance. The breakfast is good but pretty basic, it was missing more variety (eggs, pancakes, omlettes etc.) The cleaning in general is very good but I would recommend more attention to detail.

Garden/pool area excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Ham & eggs cooked fresh at breakfast. Secure parking & safe included. Hotel had a puppy which interacted with guests.

Everything was very clean and looked even better than the photos, the staff was really helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way, so we’ll definitely come back.
