Looks like family-owned, with a friendly/cosy approach. 12mins to beach, 25mins to downtown. Nice, relatively spacious rooms. Excellent free parking. Good, hearty breakfast. Small pool/gym/tanning dome available (not used) 25mins+ to downtown (nearest decent option for dinner)- awkward when/around heavy raining. No balcony- difficult to dry beach towels/wet clothes. WiFi decent only in reception, practically non-existent elsewhere. Garden/breakfast outdoor area infested with some blood-sucking insects (not mosquitoes, something worse!). Good breakfast, but whatever was labelled 'coffee' was anything else but coffee.

The room was very nice. A good sized bathroom and shower, toilet and bide. There is an A/C in the room. Breakfast is self-service, the choice of food is quite good. The terrace is great for eating outside, the vegetation forms a lot of private space for each table. Parking is right next to the hotel. Location is about 5-10 min walk to the nearest beach Karpinjan. The staff was helpful with giving me directions to the beach and city centre. Would come here again. Can't remember anything.

Ambience, location. friendly staff, comfort, good breakfast Not their fault but staff shortages mean they can't open the restaurant in the evenings - however, lots of restaurants in the town.

Free Parking, nice location It is an absolutely NO GO three days NO WARMWATER - no reaction from the hotel. I'm quite upset

Very good stay.Family hotel very well kept and staff very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant was not open for evening meal as pre season and lack of getting staff. Lovely garden with seating areas and would definitely stay if in area again Nothing
