The food was amazing The rooms did not have cable. We could not use the tv. They would forget to fill the refrigerator with drinks, we needed to call and remind them. The coffee was never replace we had coffee once in the room and they did not leave any more. No entertainment. At the 7th bar there was an older gentleman who always questioned when we asked for drinks.

Amazing staff. Amazing hospitality. Good food. Amazing pool and beach Everything else. Check-in process. Facilities for booking a more expensive room. Look and feel of the hotel.

Better selection at the buffet

Basically the food at breakfast and the other restaurants was good. Most of the breakfast hot dishes were a bit too oily. There was a good selection of fresh fruits. Enjoyed the Italian food the most. Both of the Mexican and Argentina were good. The Japanese was nothing and the Mediterranean was a bit hit and miss. Overall, staff was great - especially in the morning. Very helpful and quick to get anything you need. Not enough sun cots. You need to go to the pools around 8 AM to have any chance of securing a cot. Air conditioner was too noisy to allow a person to sleep. After complaining it was replaced. Better but still noisy. Too old. Overall, hotel needs more maintenance.

Amazing food and staff! Nice and quiet resort, very relaxing. Beach is amazing.

Great staff. Cannot get a pool side chair until after 300 pm. They do not enforce no saving policy, require a lot more chairs.

The staff on-site was very helpful & polite. The food options were okay, nothing that really stood out (breakfast hall was good). The room was spacious (3rd floor with a partial ocean view). The room might have been a little too spacious (lots of wasted space). The location wasn't too far from the airport either. The resort was a bit outdated, like it use to be a time shared option back in the days. Wouldn't allow for a late checkout (from noon to 1 pm), without paying a fee. Even though when booking, the staff (or AI) mentioned that it wouldn't be a problem. The resort is located on the beach, but not walking distance to anything around (besides other resorts & locals homes). The entrance door to the room had to be pulled up, when attempting to close the door & lock it (might be due to the weather). Other rooms doors closing could be heard slamming close throughout the day & night.

The food was horrible. Half the restaurants are closed during the week. We needed up eating dinner out every night.

Price to high for the service

The temperature in the pools is perfect. The room has one tub inside and one jacuzzi in the balcony, really nice! Everything exceeded my expectations.

Very good, food was great and service was real good

I have to preface this by saying I got my room at a deep discount as part of some kind of Booking.com flash sale, so my expectations were probably not a high as somebody paying full price. First, I don't agree with the people saying the staff were rude! Everyone was very courteous and professional. The only issue I had was trying to wave down servers for drinks when I ate at the buffet restaurant, but that was very minor and didn't impact my enjoyment. Second, I enjoyed the food at every restaurant. Thinking back, I can't recall a single meal that was bad (the buffet was also very good). Everything was yummy. Third, the location was good for me: only about 20 minutes (in moderate traffic) north of the airport. I could easily visit the towns farther north and still easily go to Puerto Vallarta proper to the south. Fourth, Wi-Fi connection was always good. Fifth, I could always find a chair at the pool or on the beach. Lastly, it's a fairly small property, so everything was a short walk from me, even in the tower farthest away from the beach. There were only a few minor things that might be turn offs for those who are paying full price and have higher expectations as a result. The property is just a touch shabby in some places (a couple missing tiles in the pool, toilet made a weird noise when flushing). It was a little tough getting dinner reservations (i.e. they filled up fast), so I had to make an effort to get to the reservation office early to eventually try everything I wanted. Maybe this is normal at resorts, though. As a single adult, I don't think the evening entertainment was anything to write home about, but the families and kids seemed to like the performances. This is one of those places where the toilet is behind a glass door instead of a regular door, so I probably would not feel like I had enough privacy if I'd been sharing my room.

Close to the ocean. Spacious rooms It was complete false advertising. 3/4 of the pictured buildings belongs to the residential apartments. Hotel has only 2 furthest sections. One of them is completely behind the other. So no sea view. All-inclusive is not what would you will expect. They will put dirty mats on the stairs to sit and watch evening shows. A lot of people that don’t belong to the hotel but rent apartments and are on all common areas- pools, lobby etc. i absolutely do not recommend you visiting this hotel. All windows are facing the common space meaning you won’t be able to sleep until evening shows is ended. And you will hear all the sounds of loading/unloading to the restaurants starting 6am. Absolutely wasted time and money with this Wyndham Allarta hotel

The location It says all inclusive and they charge you every time they take you food to the room

It’s really big and clean, the pools are pretty nice, the staff is super friendly, the restaurants are good and the room was great The bellboys lost one of my hoodies and one of the elevators was broken so only one was functioning for the whole building and it had no ventilation so it felt awful to be inside

Short staff and not everything was working
