The staff was very kind and attentive. I really appreciated the baby concerige service, which included providing bottle warmer, bouncer, and cleaning & sterilizing baby bottles. There were so many different all-day daily activities for all ages, including adults. Truly, it was not necessary to venture off property if you don't need to. The food was great. Very family-friendly resort, which I loved most about. The infinity pool was beautiful with great pool and bar service. The hotel also offers a babysitting service, which is a huge plus for parents who want to relax a bit. Furthermore, you can set up an appt with your concerige to take professional photos with no obligation to buy the photos. There are so many beautiful locations around the hotel and on the beach to take beautiful pictures. The photographer also teaches you how to pose, too! Because I arrived close to slow season, not all restaurants were open every day. For example, the buffet was supposed to open all day and evening, but it was only open from 7a-6p. Therefore, you would need to make reservations to eat at the fine dining restaurants, which were also not open every day. Out of 4 restaurants, 3 restaurants accepted kids under 12. I wish they would change their policy and allow all families to try all restaurants since this hotel is known for being family-friendly with young children. Regarding the fine dining restaurants, I appreciated that the kids meals came out the kitchen right away, but it took a very long wait for regular entrees to arrive, which made the kids very restless after finishing their meals. Although the food was delicious, I hope the kitchen could speed up the process. The wifi in our room would always cut off at night around 9p and resume after 8am. I thought that was very odd. I wish the hotel opened an outlet just for dessert (i.e. Gelato, ice cream, or frozen yogurt opening from 2-10p) especially if adults and/or kids want to walk around the hotel after dinner and enjoy something sweet before ending the night.

Location was beautiful and well kept. Big pool and beach access was a plus! Service overall was top notch, from front desk, concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and concierge. Piaf (Adult only) was our favorite restaurant, and Lucca was second with kids. But honestly, the food selection overall was great for a 3 night stay None

Beds are very firm, but the staff was very good to provide an extra duve` for each of us to fold up underneath us. The jacuzzi outside also doesn't have very good jets, but that's not something that would stop us from staying again.

The service is good and there is an effort of "pampering". Always someone visible. This is a good, smaller all-inclusive hotel of fairly good quality, just not worth the price-tag. - Overpriced. For a hotel that charges this price level and is "all-inclusive" it is simply unacceptable to charge another 50 usd just for the use of the sauna or steam bath area. - The hotel is in need of renovation, the room corridors especially are from another era, and the buffet restaurant is not modern at all and could do with a revamp. Some restaurants like Zen Lin and Lucca look like they have been recently renovated and you can notice the difference compared to the rest of the hotel. - Pool cocktails were really weak and not made with a' brand spirits. No consistency in Margaritas (some times too sour, sometimes too sweet). I specifically asked for a "havana mojito" and watched the pool barman poor some other rum in it. Of course I asked for them to be made again, which he did without hesitation, but wasn't particularly happy about it (no apology or interaction). It may have been the language barrier as well, but this doesn't happen at the four seasons. A stayed at Le Blanc in los cabos and found the level of service, food and choice much better. - The food was ok, but i felt there was a problem with execution (poor training?). Eg the taste of the dishes at Zen Lin was excellent, but the pasta in the pad thai was inedible (not cooked). - For a leading all inclusive hotel, some things could be done better. Eg, No cocktail menu in restaurants, just a "cocktail of the day". The wines are lacking and of much poorer quality compared to European all-inclusive hotels (see IKOS resorts, 300 wine labels). Also no follow-up in reported problems (standard in leading 5* hotels). - Keep in mind this is actually a small hotel, with just 1 bar in the day (pool bar) and 1 in the evening. Not much to do in the area or in the hotel. No entertainment program available or at least I didn't notice any. - Pre-arrival communication was bad. No or delayed response to my emails and whatsapp messages.
