Staff, hotel, room service, and food are excellent. Super nice, accommodating people. The rooms are beautiful; every amenity was thoughtfully produced. All rooms have views except the first 2 floors. The property is new, clean, and beautiful. Drinks are weak, spa is super expensive and you can only use the hydrotherapy circuit for an hour with a spa escort for $80/per person. They will try to sell you a membership upon arrival and those folks have a separate pool/beach area for "Hall of Famers", it's dumb. A "host" is matched with each guest and they have to make your dinner reservations and answer your questions. You have to be in communication with them the whole time. No good activities. Tequila tasting and cooking demos were advertised, but only saw bean bags and plastic darts and a pool workout. DJ plays loud thumping music from 10-3pm and the Hard Rock Hotel is next door-can be loud at night! For the price, we thought it was too expensive.

The resort is newly built, the facilities are clean, and the territory is compact. The service in the restaurants could use some improvement. We were impressed by the Mexican restaurant food and staff performance - Veronica the manager there does an outstanding job Some service personnel do not speak English, I am not sure they have to, but it would be very helpful if they are expecting English-speaking tourists...

This was by far the most beautiful resort that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at! The room was phenomenal with a view of the ocean, facilities were updated and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was ENORMOUS with a gorgeous walk-in shower and I love that the toilet was separate in a small room with a door. The decor was very well put-together so the aesthetic overall was incredible. There was a lot of people in the hotel trying to sell promotions and it became a bit overwhelming when on vacation. Also, we stayed during the soft opening but I feel like the food overall could've been better (the best food we had while at the hotel was the hibachi restaurant which you must reserve for).
