Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa

The beach access was great. Annoying to always have to drag the lounge chairs to the available covered tables (especially with a baby in tow). Staff is very friendly and food is good at all the cafes and restaurants. Not everything is included in the all inclusive so be aware. Even though advertised they do not have babysitting services any more. You can only go to the restaurants with an “invitation” paper and you get 1 for every 3/4 days of staying. Went on a 2 day excursion and planned on coming back for our last night but due to flight issues we had to fly straight home. Luckily we left our cards (key and towel) in the room so we didn’t loose them while traveling. Even though they have the cards they charged us over $200 for the cards since they were not given back to the front desk and left in the room.

I like the family feel of the property staff was very kind and attentive. We were placed in an older Tower that had a running toilet. Toiletries shampoo we're not replaced along with towels during maid service.

The closeness of all the restaurants and activities. Ummm I didn’t like our room it was old and outdated. Our kids had a gorgeous room though. I’m happy they all had nice rooms.

Beautiful grounds, great rooms and great staff

Breakfast was decent. Staff was polite and most of them tried to accommodate. Location was good. Redundant signing for drinks with all inclusive. Room was not maintained properly. Shower didn’t work well and tap kept dripping. AC temperature not stable no shuttle buses for anything. No gift shop on site

The stretch of beach is excellent. Perfect for boogie boarding. The location is nice as there are many activities and restaurants near. The building we were in had peeling paint and a very run down elevator. The stairwell lights did not work. The furniture was very run down as well. Was a one star hotel room.

Love the location and the renovated rooms. Not enough umbrellas around the pools. Music around the main pool is too loud.
