It was horrible, I was not expecting a "Hotel" with all inclusive package to be that low end. We did not belong there. It was a special ocation because I had a cousin with her family coming into the Town....I really regreth it. I should off pay for a 5 star hotel. I hope, not to expexience this stay ever again. It was horrible.

Food, wasn’t good at all. Bufet very simple and not with a good variety of food. rooms not comfortable

I chose this property due to its excellent location. The small unit was very bare minimum. No character. The one morning I went across the street to the free breakfast, the scrambled eggs were full of egg shells. I had put the scrambled eggs into a tortilla, and the third bite that had shells in it, I finally gave up.

The resort was on the beach and provided palm trees, shade huts and chairs, music, and family activities. There were outdoor pools and the most luxurious massages we'd ever had! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was an opportunity to explore the local cuisine: chilaquiles, Aztec corn pudding, refried beans, eggs, sweet rolls, fresh pineapple and papaya. You had the option to choose breakfast only or all-inclusive. There were other restaurants within a couple blocks that were fun to try for lunch and dinner. The price was very reasonable. The outdoor swimming pool water was rather cool--but we were there in January. A couple of times there were strong smells in the hallways and stairwells--possibly from painting or maintenance being done. This resort was about an hour's ride via local city bus or Uber to get to downtown Puerto Vallarta if you wanted to go there.

The room was large, the beach was lovely and the staff were very kind. Sewage smell coming from the drains, yellow water for the sinks/toilets/bathtubs, extra salty foods that did not change much through the week.

The food was horrible, both in quality and availability.

Since we were a group a bit bigger, we notices that air conditioner pointed at us directly, other than that, the bartenders, the food was delicious.

Absolutely nothing! First, they gave us a room with a non-working A/C. They had us wait a good 2 hours because to them the A/C was in working conditions. They finally sent someone to check on it and he changed a couple things and it was still not working. They finally decided to switch us rooms but wanted us to stay one night in a upgraded room since they were out of the standard rooms but wanted us to then move rooms the following day when we had excursions already planned out. I had to talk to a manager to get things straightened out which personally was ridiculous! And come to find out that this “all inclusive” resort hands you a cup when you register, makes you write your name on it because this specific cup is what you have to carry around with you your entire stay at the resort for your regular soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. They have wash sinks all around the resort because it is your responsibility yo wash your own cup. What is the point of being on vacation and paying for an all inclusive resort if you have to be washing your own cup and making sure you do not forget it in the room because you will not have anything to drink out of. Oh and if you lose it, you have to pay for another one. Absolutely ridiculous resort! I do not recommend this place to anybody!

    No meals.

Our view was the only thing good. Everything else Sucked. Horrible Hotel! The breakfast was really bad , the place was noisy, and you could hear the neighbors conversations through the door no privatcy , no towels for swimming pool after 6pm the pools are tiny , the ocean is far , and if you do the inclusive they make you carry a plastic cup to drink out of your whole stay . No drinking water in the rooms but they give you a pitcher so you can get water from a dispenser out side in a common area, this place was worse the a cheap motel . I feel like I was ripped off, Worrying not a good place!

Location and the beach Old amd food is almost the same everyday.

We are really happy that we chose the breakfast package as there was a variety of food and beverages to choose from that you wouldn't get at a restaurant. The music from the beach bar was way too loud, and very unnecessary to be that loud.

    Very nice hotel

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

Room was dirty upon entering. Floors filthy. No functioning room safe. No restocking of basic towels, washcloths. Refrigerator needs replacing. No restocking of daily coffee for in room coffeemaker. Lots of families with children, so noisy crowded pool, with loud music and DJ. Some may like that, but be aware of the atmosphere you are seeking. The breakfast buffet was very good and the waitstaff there were great.

I loved the big double windows that opened with the ledge in front, with stools to watch the ocean and view. liked being able to get a new beach towel each day. liked all the pools, and bars. loved having a bathtub, and also loved that the sliding door to the bathroom had a full length mirror on both sides. I also liked having a coffee maker in the room, however, I only had the maid come in on one day in my 5 day stay to change towels, but they never left another new coffee package. I liked that they had a safe in the room. Didn't like the fact that all the activities were written on the board in only Spanish as well as the announcements everyday were only in Spanish, so if you didn't know Spanish you were left out. Even the bingo games numbers where only announced in Spanish. Guess they didn't want English only speaking people to play.
